Incredible!”

I am a huge fan of the Hard Rock franchise and have visited many of the restaurants and hotels. The Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya was no disappointment. This hotel is an oasis in the middle of a dirty and shady city. Don't get me wrong, Thailand has a certain reputation in certain spots but Pattaya goes above and beyond! I have traveled the world and visited some shady spots including Iraq, but I have never felt like I had to watch my back like I did in Pattaya. The beach was filthy. Fortunately, the hotel is isolated from the rest of Pattaya. The pool is enormous and has a great swim up bar. They play organized water sports (volleyball, water polo, etc.) everyday at 1300 hours and everyone gets involved. On the weekend they have an incredible seafood buffet, in addition to the typical Hard Rock menu with some local specialties added. The rooms are very clean and so comfortable and have great views either over the pool and ocean or the city of Pattaya. The actual Hard Rock Cafe is outside the hotel's rear entrance across from the beach. They have live music every night and a good crowd. This hotel is worth mutiple visits, unfortunately, Pattaya is not unless you are a perverted old man who can't meet women on your own. If you are a fan of the Hard Rock brand, then this is a must visit! This hotel is expensive by Thai standards, but this should be expected and you do get what you pay for. Pattaya does have it's own charms, such as fantastic seafood and taking a stroll down Walking Street, but one visit was enough for me. Hard Rock Hotel”

My husband and I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for my birthday and our wedding anniversary. We were treated extremely well as I am sure everyone is. Upon check in I asked if we could possibly be upgraded to a better room as it was my birthday, and they did that for us. Our room was very beautiful and the bathroom as well! And they have the most comfortable beds as well. The swimming pool is beautiful and spacious, and the staff are so friendly, it genuinely seems like they enjoy working there. We hope that is the case and that they are treated well. All of the facilities were wonderful. And the 24 hours of music videos on The Hard Rock channel were fantastic!!! After returning from my birthday dinner, we went back to our room to find a mini birthday cake waiting for me. It was very sweet and thoughtful! I was touched, and very appreciative. Thank you very much Hard Rock Hotel for making my birthday and our wedding anniversary in Pattaya a memorable one. Their Motto is "Love All, Serve All" and we love that. It is plain and simple. And we can see that they are excelling at that. We will be travelling to Bali sometime in the near future and we will be checking into The Hard Rock Hotel there!

Great choice to stay here”

Hard rock hotel is located on the beach road, just cross the road you will see the sea. Close to central Pattaya beach take 5minutes walk. Many sport activities at swimming pool in every hours. Great massage in rock spa, I love it! We stayed 1night in king club sea view type. I don't know what to say how great it is, everything is great, and I will be there again. They have king club lounge for only king club's guest. Everyone can take time in the lounge, free soft drink all day! Free cocktail and alcohol drink on 6pm-7.30pm. The staffs are so kind and friendly, they taking good care for everyone. Next time I will choose hard rock hotel again!

My stay at the Hard Rock Hotel, Pattaya beach was superb. Check in and check out was quick and efficient, lobby was clean and beautiful. Hotel room was large, clean and well maintained with a nice ocean view. Guest services were professional, polite, well dressed and curious. Pool area and restaurant/bar to include pool side bar are well staffed and efficient. I have nothing but praise for the entire staff of the Hard Rock Hotel. Pattaya beach is a 3 to 5 minute walk from the hotel. A great location.

Still my favorite hotel in Pattaya ”

I’ve stayed here about 6 or 7 times. It’s still my favorite hotel in Pattaya. I come to Pattaya about 3 or 4 times a year and have stayed at a range of hotels but for facilities, staff, rooms, and food, Hard Rock is the best. My only fear is that as I see some recent renovations happening and rebranding of the room types, I also notice the price going up. I’m trying to book for April and I see the prices are moving beyond my budget. Such a shame to think that one day the Hard Rock will outprice themselves. Still, thanks for the awesome experiences Hard Rock hotel and staff!

Central beachfront location and service is awesome”

I and one of my friend stayed in the seaside view room. I was very happy the moment I entered the room. Anyways, I'm a fan of Hard Rock cafe and so staying at Hard Rock Hotel was in my to do list and I would say it was a fabulous experiance. Costwise also I think, for the kind of ambience and amenities it was worlwhile. It is a beach-front property and you have all other entertainment centres nearby. If you go to Pattaya, I would suggest to stay at this hotel. If you are travelling as a couple I would recommend it more. The hotel also has various poolside activities for family as well as young adults through out the day and the major attaraction is the Foam party on saturdays (However, we had to go to Bangkok on saturday so we could't be part of it:( ) All in all I would rate the experiance of staying at Hard Rock as excellent.

thumbs up to kevin from concierge and not forgetting simon! kevin has been thoroughly a good help for us as he has help our with advise on places to go from attractions to eating places. swimming pool is huge! clean! and staff are always there for activities and interaction with guest! rooms is wonderful! bed and pillow is soo comfortable. housekeeping is always on time and made the room super clean. arrangement in the room is gorgeous. tv,sofa,lamps,picture frames. once you enter in the room you tend to think twice in leaving. staff at the hotel is super friendly, neat and always smilling. they would always make you laugh or smile. hard rock pattaya is unlike the other hard rocks in other locations! would definitely come back to hard rock pattaya.

Rock my stay in Pattaya”

my spouse and i were staying for 2 nights in Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. We came here mostly to golf and we really had great time. They upgraded us to kings club which have lots benefit facilities like happy hours everyday, non stop food and drinks, unlimited internet connection and super friendly staff (noted to Hard Rock Hotel staff Ann and Ciara, they are very helpful and friendly. The room is huge with nice decoration 'Rock style' with nice sea view. The swimming pool is amazing. every kids will love it. We went to Hard Rock cafe as well to see the band perfomed and not forgetting to bought some of Hard Rock cafe merchandise. Overall, very satisfied with the services and definitely will come back again. Thanks Hard Rock Hotel for rocking our short holiday.

Cool Hotel; Great Location”

Hard Rock Hotel is a unique hotel to say the least. It's theme (Rock & Roll) are apparent throughout the hotel from the lobby all the way to your room! We stayed for one night, but wanted to stay longer! The hotel is right next to the Hard Rock Cafe and is also right across from the beautiful beach of Pattaya! We were welcomed by friendly staff and enjoyed the Environment. Hard Rock Hotel has the BEST breakfast I've ever had. I'm sure is't pricey if purchased separately from the hotel room, so I suggest getting a room with breakfast included when at all possible.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are well equipped, staff are great. When I made the reservation, I mentioned that it was my friend’s birthday. Pure paradise”

This was my 3rd year in a row staying at the Hard Rock Pattaya for my birthday. It's got one of the most beautiful pools ever, and is right across the street from the beach. Rooms are all newly renovated. Great comfortable beds. It's got a foam party every Saturday for the "big kids", tons of pool activities for the little ones, a great gym, amazing breakfast and a fun staff only rivaled by other Hard Rock hotels around the word. Highest recommendation for someone that wants a fun but affordable getaway. The only improvement is if they made it more music oriented!

This is the first time I stay at Hard Rock hotel Pattaya. The hotel has a modern design and great surrounding. The beach is right in front of the hotel where you can enjoy with many activities while staying at this hotel. I enjoy staying at this place so much. The room is great. The bed and sheets are very clean and a modern design is what you can see inside the hotel. The bathroom is also modern. I stay on the 8th floor which is a smoking floor, but never smell any smoke even in front if the elevator. I will be back to this hotel as soon as I have my next holiday.

Had an enjoyable stay at the Hard Rock hotel Pattaya. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool and entertainment areas were excellent and the food we ate there was really good. If I were to make any complaints it would only be that we had a few problems with the TV not getting reception a few times and that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak (something we have experienced in other thai hotels) but we would definately stay there again if we decide to go back to Pattaya.

Great hotel with friendly staff”

I came here with my boyfriend during Songkran which is Thailand's New year. They play music loudly and throw water on you. After Songkran it became much quieter and it was really nice. The room was very clean, the swimming pool was amazing, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the buffet breakfast was pretty decent too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Pattaya. Compared to other hotels I've seen in this area, I would have to say the Hard Rock Hotel was definitely in the top 10 best hotels in Pattaya.

Decent hotel with awesome features”

I had a great time staying in Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. The location is only minutes from the beach, surrounded by many restaurants and street side shops. Hard Rock Hotel always have many great features that never disappoint. Great gym, pool bar, rock spa. They even have kids and teen club. I really like the design of the hotel, upscale and glam. Too bad they don't have bath tub inside the room. But overall I really enjoy my stay.

fantastic hotel situated in central pattaya, about 2 hours drive from bangkok. hotel situated in great location within walking distance to the beach. great place to rock the night away at hard rock cafe in front of the hotel. nice unique designed swimming pool with life guards on standby. hotel theme is of international standard with rock singers hall of fame. stayed in king club room with free access to private cafe. fantastic food served there. highly recoment to everyone

Excellent choice”

decided on a last minute pattaya getaway, we found ourselves on a bus heading to pattaya. with no hotel booking and the songkran festival on the way, this hotel emerged as our top choice. it sure did not disappoint. with its great location, right smack in the center on pattaya beach road. you have easy access to all the restaurants, the beach of course and the city’s nightlife. and for a city known for its infamous nightlife, this hotel is very much family friendly. with great amenities plus they have these activities available around the pool area, one can completely enjoy their stay just within the confines of the hotel. it’s like a cruise ship on land. the staffs are fantastic too, very friendly and can communicate very well in english. indeed an excellent choice.

Good Location and Generally Good Service”

Generally I would say this hotel is of a good standard. That said there are a couple of gripes I have. Firstly the sunbeds around the pool. Outside guests are allowed into the hotel for a fee to use the pool and poolside facilities. The consequence of that is often hotel guests miss out on sunbeds because the outsiders have them. Although they sell this hotel on the pool, there actually isnt that much sunbed space for the size of hotel. I have also seen and stayed at much better hotels with better pools in Thailand. The staff around the pool servingn all day were absolutely fantastic. Always happy and smiling and nothing was too much trouble. I hope the hotel looks after them! The bathrooms in the hotels were pretty good apart from they were very dimmly lit and had absolutely no extraction, so mirror became useless. Finally we had a room with a connecting door to the next room (we didnt know these ppl), and you could hear literally EVERYTHING they did. We even had to call reception to get them to turn music down at 1am!! Service was pretty good in the hotel, nice buffet breakfast and meals. Hotel is FULL of arrogant miserable Russians who seem to think they own the place. Pattaya as a whole though is very geard towards Russians, with many shop sign being in Russian and Thai and no English. Word of warning too, when we arrived the USS Abraham Lincoln had docked (Largest US Aircraft carrier), and the consequence was there were 5800 silors in town and ALL of them were processed through Hard Rock albit they were not necessarily staying there. Prices rose considerably in the resort when they hit town!!
