Exceptional”

The place is a little far from the center of the city but accessible by motorbike. The bungalows are very cute and quiet (small space but there's room for a couple and 2 young kids if needed). You can park your motorbike inside the property. The staff is very nice and helpful! Good night sleep”

The bungalow itself was great. The bed was a good size and the water was hot, though we had to swizzle the nozzle a bit. The wifi was strong and the guy that showed us to our room was really helpful, by telling us where the bus stop was, and how to get to the Old City. The only thing I will say is that the breakfast was a bit rubbish, cold toast, Luke warm eggs not fully cooked, and half a mug of tea (no milk). Good stay though I enjoyed it, and there was a Cute little puppy running around too!

the location of this gueshouse is about 200m off from main road and close to 7/11. Simple place but nice staff and good value for money. but only problem was it gets noisy in the morning as many start leaving for work by scooters/cars around 6am already. other than that, great place to spend few nights in Sukhothai.

The guesthousevis good for one night and there's not that much to see in Sukhothai, so perfect for staying here. The staff is super nice, they picked me up in the bus station and gave me some fruits for my trip to Bangkok. The room is nothing extraordinary, but for a short staying us nice

Nice place close to the center!”

It wasn't a 5stars resort but really good value for money. Room was big, bed a bit hard but comfortable and close to everything you'll need in Sukhothai.

The hotel was good value for money for less than 200 Baht. I'd stay here again if I was in Sukhothai.

Feels good at this place”

Good value for money. Clean and big room. Quite place and nice hosts. Also the other guests were very nice. Room with fan only and no breakfast. The bathroom was one for each floor, so you have to share it with 2 other rooms. It is very basic, but clean. In the reception you can buy beer, water and some sweets. It is quite far from the old city and it takes about 30-40 minutes to get there. Better learn the photo very well before coming as you may very easily not recognise it and the cab driver may not know it – because this is actually a guesthouse with not signs or anything that gives a clue that this is a hotel.

My stay was ok, but...”

It was ok. I was travelling alone. The place is super ok if compared to the price. I only had one problem with some noise in the morning: if your room is on the back of the building, you'll hear a radio starting at 6am, really loud. Fortunately I had earplugs. Just one thing: the manager is ok, but is also a salesman. Double check his prices. In particular: the tuk tuk to the bus station should cost 20 instead of 50 and there are buses to the old city centre all day long (this place is located in the new city, 12 km far from the old city). And if he says that for an European is dangerous to walk alone to the bus station, it is not true: he is not Thai.

Bright and large room with a balcony for 190 B per night for a couple! Quiet place but in a pretty central location. Clean bathroom with hot shower and a ' normal ' toilet, even with toilet paper ;) Nice and friendly staff. Generally very clean and pleasant place to stay and a fantastic value for money!

was excellent. The people was helpfull all the time. The food is very good in quality and in price.

Bad security”

・Bad security ⇒ very dark around the guesthouse after 18:00, feel scared when I go to the restaurant. ⇒ the room key was "padlock". I was very surprised and weak security. ・ Mostly no staff in the front desk ⇒ If something you don't understand, need to solve by yourself. This room is not recommended, especially "travel alone".

Attendant werent always physically available, but cam be reached on ohone when needed. The room is cosy and clean. Problem with parking, and quite dark to get in if you have no car. Youll meet several stray dogs. No available bicycle, but there was a bike for rent.

Acceptable”

Agoda gave the impression I paid for a room with AC, but guesthouse demanded 100 tbh extra for AC. AC was barely working, holes in the wall so big mosquitos have no trouble getting in. Agoda said i ordered 18sqm, but this room is barely 12sqm. I would post photos, but Agoda does not facilitate that. Agoda should stop organizing ads in way that promotes misunderstanding and disappointment. It harms Agoda, it harms the guesthouse and the paying customer.It gives the impression that Agoda supports the SE-Asian opportunistic attitude for short-term profit rather than building long term trust.Too far to walk anywhere, so location is impractical. Because of thin walls in wood, there is no privacy. You can easily hear the neighbor doing his toilet business. The lighting in the room in exceptionally poor. Only one lamp, weak. Very, very overrated place, no better than 2/10.

Unfortunatly there were millions of mosquitos in our room and in the shared bathroom (which hasn't been cleaned during our stay). But its a very cheap hostel with nice and helpfull staff and so it was ok

Quite good, but quite expensive”

The owner was nice. Although he did not really speak english, we did manage to comunicate and he even brought me to the bus station when I left (50 baht). The beds were good, although I think it was quite expensive.
