Good facility for family traveller”
Stayed here 2days. First, location is good as it’s quite close to Seorak Mountain. (5mins by car I guess) Second, cleanness. Excepting not good smell in the refrigerator, most are okay. Third, Waterpia is just 2mins away by car and kids love it. And, there are many tasty restaurants near the resort.

An excellent hotel, or should i describe as a service apartment. Nice bed, futons (if more than 2 people staying) fully equipped with rice cookers, knives, plates, wine glasses, fridge (you can probably have a cookout here with ingredients from its huge mart at B1) located next to a hotspring theme park to go: take a bus (7-1) from sokcho or just cab seoul to sokcho: express bus from Dong seoul bus terminal or just express bus from Hanhwa (I didn't take this) great place to chill

Room in old fashion, but quite new for the toilet. Tidy, clean, room in good size. Great breakfast. No room internet Not far away from the highway. A good stop between Seoul and Sokcho-si Big car park. Have mini shops.

Our stay was very pleasant. The rooms are clean and spacious. A lot of things to do around the hotel for yound and old (seorak waterpia, cinema location theme park, beach, Seorak mountain. Staff was very friendly.

This Resort is huge. It also had a water park, camping area, a lake and golf course right on the property. We booked a room with 2 rooms. One was western style with a double bed and the other was korean style with futons to sleep with on the floor. There was a kitchen, stove top, rice cooker, microwave and small fridge. Down stairs in the basement was a fully stocked grocery store. This resort said it had 3 different restaurants to choose from but only 1 was open for dinner and did not have an english or picture menu. The staff did not speak english and did not attempt to talk or even help us out to find any options for food at all. We ventured out on our own and by the time we came back there was no parking near our building so we had to park on the backside of the resort about 150feet away. ALL of the hotel brochures from the water park, the spa, the golf and restaurants were in Korean only. Agoda said free breakfast with our room that fits 5 people. When we checked in they said we were only allowed free breakfast for 2 people. Breakfast was from 7:30 to 11, we arrived there about 8:30 there was about a 40 minute wait. There was alot of families waiting for breakfast and it was very chaotic. Once we were seated however the food selection was great, they even had a waffle bar, various asian dishes and western style dishes as well. Location to Seorak Mountain was great and location to Sokcho beach was excellent, both about 20 minutes away on both sides. The one major thing that was disappointing is that the staff was not helpful is helping or even attempting to speak to us. They wer not that friendly and did not go out of their way to help make our stay more comfortable.

Exceptional”
The hotel is clean. Our room had a stove, refrigerator, and rice cooker, so we could have prepared meals if we wanted to. There is a large convenience store located on the bottom floor. They also have a coin laundry on that level. We ate at the breakfast buffet restaurant. They had a wide variety of choices- both Korean and Western. We walked to Waterpia next to the hotel. Guests get a discount. We would stay here again.

Family room was of good size, comfortable bed with traditional tatami style. Room was clean with great mountain view. Lobby Manager Mr Baey was very helpful and speak reasonably good English. Good breakfast and also mini-mart available for shopping. Overall experience at the hotel was just simply fantastic. I would highly recommend to others.

Confortable stay with family”
Location is good and close to the enarby attraction Seorak Mountain. The resort itself has Waterpia which should be quite fun for the family. The room itself is family room, cozy enough for 3-4 persons family. The restaurant choices are not enough for breakfast, it only has 2 buffet restaurants in the morning while no space in the lobby cafe. Not enough parking lots obviously and they should expand the hotel. The booking of this hotel is also difficult and expects to have more room to choose.

I stayed in this hotel 18 years ago and I couldn't believe that it looks newer and nicer than before. Everything about this hotel is good, including the large grocery shop in the basement which operates round the clock.

The hotel is clean, the room is nice and staff is friendly. The only minor comment is the small room with no window is too hot and no cool air coming into the room. I dont like the heater, it makes me sweat during the night.

Where is living room?”
I have been 5 years ago..(I had visit many time before 5 years ago by company membership.) This is first time after re-interior. But, I should be very dis appointment. They just add one bed in the living room then they said this two room type. There is no window in small room. Several point of wall paper was damaged before check-in(They don't try fix it before check-in) Honestly, Waterpia was pretty good. But internet reservation ticket for anyone(No require check-in or others) is more chipper then ticket for check-in customer. I don't find any reason stay in this residence.
