Travel with 5 years old, the room is clean and comfortable, we stay here for 5 nights in the room with 2 twin bed and my son can sleep with me in the bed and husband on the other bed but I recommend if your kid is big, better choose the one with 3 bed but at first I prefer this room because we want Namsan tower view (this hotel has 8 floor and we booked for high floor which we got 7th floor with nice Namsan view). I like it with no staff around and also when they cleaned the room and forgot to put bathrobe one night my son can just requested it on the screen from our room then the robot came and brought us the bathrobe in no time. This hotel located in the distance of Myeongdong but not in the middle of Myeongdong which is good otherwise it must be very noisy. Our son enjoying his first time in Korea and he love Myeongdong walking street very much.

Impeccable Hotel, Would absolutely stay again!”
Although the room was very small, especially for two travellers with 2 big cases and 2 small cases between them, the room was super cozy, the beds were super comfortable and the TV had Netflix!! The robots that delivered orders to rooms were also so much fun. All in all, would absolutely stay here again, will just bring less baggage next time :)

Location wise, it is very great - located just 5 mins walk from exit 9 of Myeongdong station, which also conveniently has a bus stop for the Airport Limo to get to the airport. Room was very clean though small. Staff was very courteous and always ready to help.

Great location and techy hotel”
Hotel location was great near to Myeongdong metro station and the airport bus station. Minutes' walk to the bustling Myeongdong district. Myeongdong Cathedral is behind the hotel 10min walking distance. Hotel room comes with bathtub and daily change of housekeeping services. Room was nice and clean. Staff can speak English and helpful. Hotel was Hi-Tech, that we can requested stuffs via tablet in room and delivered by robot. I look forward to staying here again the future

The location is perfect for shopping and a nice jump start point to the many places Seoul has to offer. Just in front is a convenience store and for late night cravings of local Korean foodies it's just a few walks away. Clean and staff is friendly. Yes there are still actual people in the hotel. Don't get intimidated bye the robots on the front desk hehehe... It's 5 stars for me here. Highly recommended!!!

(+) Around 10mins walk to Myeongdong station, and quite near the Airport bus stop. Check in is very fast. The room is clean, with a huge TV, bidet and small fridge. Bed is comfortable. There's a 24/7 convenience store in front of the entrance. (-) No microwave. We extended a few hours and had to pay the full day rate.

By far, this hotel has the fastest check.in amd check.out process I have ever come accross, indeed there were staff greetinh you as this hotel is being operated by AI however staff would pop.up immediately if you need them by picking up the phone in the front desk. The location of the hotel is also a pro, just a 5-min walk from exit 10 of the metro subway. The hotel is also within Myeongdong Street famous shopping area so you can buy presefnts from your loved one here. I will definitely stay here again!

Cozy and simple stay”
Place was clean. I had a room with 2 twin beds. It is cozy for 2 people but may be uncomfortable if you were 2 big people. Toilet and shower/bathtub are separated. Bathtub is more like a half-bathtub. The sink area was a bit too small for me but it was workable. You get a robe and slippers and the place feels cozy chilling with the smart TV after a day out. Love the kiosk for checking out. When checking in, staff still needs to come out to check passport. Also, as this is a travel sustainable property, only shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and soap bar are offered. Bring your own razor and toothbrush set, etc., or buy it from the hotel for about $1. There's a 7-11 right across so you can also buy it there. If you have heavy luggage or have a stroller, walk towards the farther subway/metro entrance with the escalator to take the train as the nearest one is just stairs.

Great hotel in the heart of Myeongdong ”
Got the very best deal with this hotel. booked the double bed room (in the corner) and it was spacious enough to accommodate both of us with 2 big luggages. Located near the MRT Station and also very near with the airport bus stop. But bear in mind, still need to take a short walk and if you're carrying a heavy luggage, there's so many stairs at the subway. Room is very comfy, even tho it didn't have any view, the window glass was doff coated so can't see the outside. There's tiny bathtub which can be used for 1 person only, but it's still nice. Water heater works perfectly, and it have separated toilet so it's a plus for us. It runs by a robot staff, the robot will deliver any of your request to your room. It was one unique experience. But there's still a human staff inside if you need any assistance. It wasnt in the middle of the Myeongdong crowd, so it's not noisy at all. Overall we had a good stay here and definitely would be happy to come back again.

I stepped into Seoul after an overnight flight, and Henn na hotel was the perfect place to lay my tired sleepy self. It is reasonably priced for Seoul and there is a lot to like about it. I will stay here again next time i am in Seoul Reasons I liked my stay. Location - The hotel is perfectly located near Myeongdong station (less than a minute walk from exit 10), if you have heavy luggage, get off at exit 7(about 3-4 minutes walk to the hotel) which has an escalator exit to ground level. Staff - Extremely helpful, professional and lovely, offering 5/5 service. Room & Cleanliness - very clean, comfy beds and with perfect aircon. Hi Tech - This hotel has robots to help you check it, they even bring up your towels, it is seriously very cool. Other amenities - You can do your laundry at the hotel, there is a microwave to warm food and an ice machine. Restaurants & shops are less than 5 minutes walk away, you will be spoilt for choice.

The hotel was amazing. I loved this stay. The customer service was great. Everything is pretty automated but if you need assistance, they pop up quickly. The location is great. If you're traveling in Seoul and want to feel spoiled at an affordable price, this is the place. Want to shop the market? Want to be near a subway station? Want to go to the mall? This is the spot to stay. I haven't stopped talking about this place since I left. Run out of energy and don't want to interact with a bunch of people? Want a clean location? I loved this entire stay.

i travelled alone to seoul and i'm very happy to find this hotel. it is situated 5 mins away from myeongdong exit 10. the staffs are very friendly and check in / check out is super easy as well. i would recommend this place to everyone! definitely value for money. room is kept clean as well and amenities are sufficiently provided. you can always ask for a top up too!

Strategic location Clean Bathtub is a little small for a person of 170cm tall Water bottle only limits to 2bottle per day. Has cable plug to charge phone directly. Overall i love the stay, was pleasant clean nice and quiet.

Really lucky to have found this hotel especially because of the price I paid for six nights of stay. Well located but the area is still on the quieter side of Myeongdong. The staff are really helpful. The room, though small, and facilities are clean and adequate. Definitely recommendable

Near Myeongdong Station”
The hotel is near Myeongdong station exit 10 (no elevator). With big luggages, recommend to come from airport by bus. The hotel is really good with Korean standard room space but clean and comfortable bed. I appreciate here a lot. I will stay here next time when I go to Korea.

Location is superb. Short 5 min walk from Myeongdong station and the Main Street but quiet enough. Direct buses to and from Incheon airport near Myeongdong station Exit 8 are very convenient. Room is clean and well maintained. On the small side so 1 large + 1 cabin size luggages are just only able to open with enough walking space. Toothbrushes are not provided and need to be purchased at 1000KRW but the rest of the usual amenities are available. Check in and check out are smooth and automated although staff are available and ready to assist after a simple phone call at the counter. Check in time is strict and requires additional payment for early check in, but you can opt to leave your luggage at the lobby area first and head out to explore. Overall would recommend and stay again.
