Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Very clean, feels very new. Rooms are nicely designed. Great breakfast and beautiful terrace on the top. Recommended.

Great hotel at a perfect location”
Stubborn Hotel's perfect location is not its only strong point. The interior design is pleasant, the view amazing, and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would have appreciated some light, non-buffet breakfast - even in times of COVID-19 one can find solutions for that - but other than that, the place was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.

I expected a little better from this hotel for the original price (I got a booking at a steep discount, so I shouldn't complain too much). The outside - particularly the back/side - of the hotel gave me misgivings as I approached, but the interior looked quite clean and elegant. My first impression of the room was good as well, but there were a few disappointing things. The bathroom IS the shower, with only a partial separation between the toilet and the sink and shower head section. This is common (without any partition at all) in middle-class Korean accommodation, but I expected more from a classy hotel. The towels and bathrobe were not soft at all. The bed was soft and there are two different pillow sizes (which was great for me since the first pillow I tried was too tall and bothered my neck). The cover, however, was much too thick for summer use. I had to either use the air conditioning (blowing directly on my head, which I worried wasn't the best health-wise) or no cover at all. They did provide 2 complimentary water bottles and a breakfast buffet was included (definitely geared toward Korean palates rather than Western, if that is important to you). It is also quite close to the Hakdong Mongdol beach front, which is convenient. In all, it is a decent place to stay, but I would not want to pay full price for it.

Best view ever! Literally across the street from the ocean and 15 min from Windy Hill. The spa suites are amazing, BUT very far from city living. This isnt for night lifers...its for romance and beautiful scenery.

Hotel in principle is quite nice but the details are all wrong. E.g., the blinds in the room don’t close fully. Ordered a Mac and Cheese from the restaurant but the pasta was replaced with sweetcorn. Harassed multiple times by phone because I wasn’t in the breakfast room over an hour before the announced closing time. Location is also extremely inconvenient. Avoid!

but only if you have a car. by bus its very hard to get to and from the hotel and taxies dont want to go this far sometimes. but i have to say the staff were extra kind and called a taxi for us and even helped us order chicken. breakfast is huge but we dont eat steak for breakfast so we declined. p.s. the shower in our room was above the sink not that much fun.

This hotel seems to be almost new and very clean. The room size is small but it is not an issue for couple travelers. Located right next to the mongdol beach which is nice.

Clean room, well-organized bedroom, not very spacious. It's uncomfortable because there's no closet. The shower faucet position is inconvenient. The chair is so big that it gets stuck. The bedding is clean and KTipv. There are many places to park. There are many places to take a 20-30 minute walk. Two or three convenience stores near the hotel.
