Nice hotel with simple on the lobby but exciting in the room”
thought to be a simple hotel with basic needs, however, when we check into the room, it was just amazing, private bathtubs with mud hotspring in the bath tub.. the bath room was as big as the resting room

The resort comes with private jacuzzi and mud hot spring which is signature of Guanziling. The room is comfortable and well-equipped with all necessities. There may be mosquitoes as the resort is located up the hill and surrounded by natures, but this is not a major issue. The breakfast could have more varieties and better keep it warm. The room rate is a bit pricey.

Really clean room with good heating system. It got a bit cold as we were travelling during winter. Front desk staff were really helpful to help me book taxi to alishan and even tried to help us to get a better rate. Love the hot spring and the jacuzzi, was so relaxing and nice surrounding. Strongly recommend for families as there's a small little garden for you to chill. will definitely revisit again next time.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Wide spread of buffet breakfast. Only setback is a long walk about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the bus stop.

Secluded hotel with privacy , 5-7 min walk from Main Street in Guanziling ”
Good location, perfect for couples and travelers who value tranquility . Each room has a jacuzzi for a private hotspring experience. The jacuzzi has mud hotspring tap in each room. We went on oct 10 weekend, booking for a taxi to drive us directly to the hotel from Tainan (1500twd). The price for the room was a bit high due to oct 10 weekend, but Guanziling is only busy fri-sun. On weekdays, many shops are closed which would be inconvenient for tourists. Easy to access the main street with food and convenience store. Nearby attractions include Guanziling park, where there's a bus hub to Xin Ying, Tainan. Walk downhill along the park and the main road you will reach the old hotspring street and the origin of the hotspring in a 20-30 min leisure walk. The walk is quite scenic. The only thing that was negative about this place was the price and it does not have any outdoor hotspring.

Great hot mud spring spa”
It is located in the new resort area up in the hill-slope. Shops and restaurants are located in the "old hot spring" street. Quite inconvenient if you do not have a car. Breakfast is traditional Taiwanese style. Pictures in their website are very close to reality. Staff is very helpful. They gave good driving and sightseeing advice.

Nice big jacuzzi bathtub with hot spring. The room is spacious. Gardens are well-kept. Staff are friendly and polite too! Breakfast is average though. One will be given a free bottle of coffee bean to make americano in the room.

This is our second time to stay in this resort. Room is spacious and clean. Spa/bathroom is big. Peaceful environment. Staff is friendly and helpful, give good recommendation for food and places to visit. Breakfast is light and simple. Because the resort is located in the mountain, you may find small insects in your home.

Clean rooms, good spa facilities, great sunset”
Location is a little out of the way but it's a nice walk in good weather. You can also see great sunset over the mountains from the resort! Rooms are very clean and the facilities (one big tub for mud and one smaller for normal water) are good. Staff are efficient but could wear a smile. Breakfast is decent.

Nice place with relaxing environment”
This place is not at the main street. Need to walk about 5 to 10 min (easy walk) along the road to the accomodation. Booked the 4 beds room. The room was huge, bathroom was big, hotspring soak was good. The room was clean, didn't see any ants during our 2 nights stay. Breakfast spread was not fantastic but adequate and good for us. The service was good - reception helped us ordered dinner from the main street below and sent to our room, helped us booked a taxi to NanYuan farm as we do not have a taiwan hp number. If you are looking for a place to relax in hotspring, this is the place.

relaxing resort”
very relaxing resort located at a quiet place, at night you can enjoy the swimg outside your room with relaxing music and starring night. The mud bath was excellent, after the bath we fell asleep easily. We have a deep sleep. Just 5 to 8 minutes walk down to town, there are many restaurant provide a special dish - mud pot chicken. It's delicious.

Very inconvenience”
Wanted to enjoy hot spring during the winter time, but they do not have open air hot spring each room has their own hot spring Jacuzzi. No room service, so if U r hungry U have to walk down the mountain and climb up the steep road. Guanzhiling famous for mud hot spring but their mud hot spring is not those U see on internet that is very muddy, it is just mud water so disappointing.

The location wasn't that convenient as we need to walk abit of distance from the bus stop (end of the stop) and have to walk up few slope esp with a luggage. It's tiring though if never take a cab or drive there. Enjoy the mud spring though the floor is slippery. Love the bed and quiet atmosphere! When heading for dinner we hv to walk down few slope and when coming back walk up few slope too! Theres a convenience store nearby and few eateries nearby. Dun have to worry for food!

Nice and quiet place. The bath room is big. Good service. But the breakfast time is from 7:30 to 9;30 a.m. which ends too early.
