Friendly and understanding Staff”
The Staff was the most friendly and helpful. We came to the Hotel Yes and got a smoking room even though we had specifically asked for a non-smoking one. We could not possibly stay at a smoking room because we would get really ill. Luckily the staff was really helpful and together we could get another hotel for the first night from a nearby village and the staff even gave us a 1 hour ride late that evening. The next day we came back and got a non-smoking room for the rest of our stay :-)

Great location along the main street, surrounded by restaurants. Staff were highly attentive and friendly. They were also very helpful in finding out about the status of tourist attractions in the area - way better than the tourist information centre at the train station. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to the train station, which is a big plus.

I'd go back”
I was in Japan for 3 weeks. I feel this hotel was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I actually anticipated coming "home" in the evenings. I'd come back to this hotel in a minute. (also recommend it to friends)

Well-equipped Hotel”
The hotel is small and a bit old. However, it offered free parking, buffet breakfast, and has a relaxing onsen and several free massage chair. You can't ask for more at this price.

Not a bad choice”
It’s better than the hotel of the same chain in Nagahama. The room had a big window, with a view without blocked by building nearby. Clean room. The Wi-Fi in the room was in good state. The breakfast gave a fair variety of dishes. A few parking spaces at the entrance and another parking area just around the corner. Not close to the railway but it’s not a problem for self driving.

ウエルカムドリンクで、ソフトドリンクは、23時まで無料なのがいい。お風呂は狭いが露天もあり、気持ちがいい。ロケーション的には、駅からも少し距離があり、観光地、八幡山や八幡堀などからも遠いのが残念。まあ、車なら問題ないが。

駅から歩いていける距離なのがいいです。部屋は少し狭いですが、大浴場もあるので、お風呂は広々と入れます。朝食バイキングも充実でした。無料のマッサージチェアもよかったです。
