I missed”
I missed stayed here because I arrive in Sokcho Bus Terminal in the midnight and then I decide to stay at Jjiljimbang Hotspring near the Sokcho bus terminal 5 minutes by walk. It's expensive to go the GreenForestResort by taxi, since there is no bus operated at midnight. This Hotel is located near the Seorak National Mountain, but far from the sokcho bus terminal.

The hotel is named wrongly and there was no one at the hotel counter for almost 1.5 hours. I had to go to nearby hotel desk and ask for help who finally came and help me. The booking was not getting accepted but was given room finally. That experience was not good, but despite that I have rated better for other things keeping in mind my experience would have been a special case may be due to language problem. Though there is nearby Soraksan Tourism office and Police Station as well Fire Station, but finding the place was difficult. I term it again my language problem, But overall I would recommend its facilities like kitchen and comfortable spend time at this hotel for family.

Ok for a short, cheap stay”
It's good if you're looking for a cheap place to stay near Seoraksan. It's about a 30-40 minute walk to Seoraksan National Park; however, the buses to Sokcho don't run very frequently and there isn't much to do in the area at night. The room was comfortable enough. The bathroom wasn't very clean. There isn't anyone at the reception desk very often.

Great hosts great stay”
It was a good find, we got a 4 person room and it was like an apartment. The proprietors brought up food and appliances to us with a smile. The area around it was a little quiet, but we enjoyed our stay.

침대방 예약하고 갔는데 사장님이 아고다가 지들 맘대로 예약받는다고 불평하면서 침대방 없다고 온돌방 받았습니다. 연휴기간이라 이제서 다른데 갈 수도 없어 할 수없이 그냥 사용했는데 이불은 언제 털었는지 머리카락이 너저분 하고 방은 냄새 나고 싱크대 손잡이는 다 떨어져 있고, 싱크대 수도꼭지는 너덜너덜, TV 는 20년 된 것 같은 브라운관.. 식기들은 물로 행궈만 놓은듯 기름기가 자르르르 혹시라도 외국인들이 와서 한국 이미지에 실망할까 걱정될 정도 입니다.

위치는 설악산 입구쪽. 건물은 굉장히 크고 넓음.바베큐장있고 콘도 스타일 패밀리룸 괜찮아요.침대 없이 온돌방. 에어컨 빵빵하고 욕조까지 있는 샤워실.싱크대와 가스버너등 취사가능. 주차장도 넓음. 근처에 설악산 산책로도 있어 아침에 걸어보시길.전자렌지 정수기 복도에 비치되어 있음. 티비도 잘나오고 가격대비 가성비 좋아요.주인 아저씨가 살짝 연세가 많으신데 좋으심.세탁기 두대와 세제도 있어 빨래도 가능함.여튼 급하게 아고라로 찾아서 갔는데 좋았음.
