Spent 2 nights with my little family in this hotel. It’s located near Gejayan St and very close to Hartono Mall and of course, Jogja outer ring road. Staffs were nice and easy to help. The room itself has a standard size equipped with a functional AC, TV cable, hot water, etc basic stuffs. A refill hot water with dispenser was also useful for us who travel with 10-mo baby. Unfortunately the cleanlines is very disappointing. They use a very old blanket and pillow cover. Eventhough we asked them to clean and change it in the morning. The spares were also old and worn. There was some dirty-hairy things in the bathroom. Conclusion: this hotel is value for money. But lowering your expectations to its cleanliness.

Good location, yet not for staycation”
It is a good hotel to stay 1 night while visiting Jogja or waiting your flight. The location is quite superb, next to Hartono Mall the biggest mall in town and DAMRI pool in Hartono Mall and Condong Catur Bus Station. Yet the hotel partition/wall is not soundproof. It will be something terrible if the outside situation is quite noisy.
