Review: City7, Changwon ”
This is the second time I have stayed at The City 7 Hotel, Changwon, staying from the 22nd to the 27th of October on this occasion. The hotel does not dissapoint, with clean, modern and spacious rooms. The staff are corteous, helpfull and always very well groomed. The City 7 is part of a complex consisting of the hotel and a shopping centre were you will find restaurants, bank, food hall and many fine clothing shops along with the Lotte Mart store. The hotel is also in a very good location with other shopping amenities close by. City 7 Changwon is a great hotel for families, business or for the traveller looking to indulge, I would highly recommend City 7 to any body.

this hotel style is distinctive... similar to japanese mordern style or boutique style hotel??? this hotel is in Korea. but strangely, when i used most of guest are foreigner.. maybe Changwon-city has not many 5 stars hotels and next to this hotesl, there is city 7 which is multiple shopping complex so you can use conveniently such as starbucks and so many things... and... some romes of bath's wall are whole glass..;

Very new hotel with unique room design”
This is my third stay at Pullman and I've seen three different rooms with totally different concept and designs. The rooms are usually cozy and gives off a boutique hotel feel. The staffs are usually friendly but you sure don't see a lot of staffs around. They always call a cab for me in advance when I request it and its a 10-15 minute cab ride to either of the train stations. On the flip side, I am always baffled by the fact that they charge you for internet usage. Even 2 star motels provide free internet nowadays and it feels like they are just trying to take advantage of foreigners without smartphone tethering capability. They also charge arm and a leg if you use any of the "not free" things in the room. If you stay away from using the "not free" things in the room and don't need internet, this is a great place to stay.

Nice hotel with excellent service”
We stayed here for the Jinhae Cherry Blossom Festival. The hotel was quite nice. The staff was very attentive, helping us with our luggage, directions to the Festival, getting a taxi, etc. Our room was very modern in style. The bathroom is surrounded with glass which could be awkward for some. The bed was very comfy compared to others in Korea. There was a nice big window with smaller windows that opened for better circulation. The restaurant has a good buffet breakfast and lunch. The selection was wide and the food was tasty. Next door to the hotel, is a mall with many shopping and dinning options.

Big and cozy hotel”
It was a pleasant stay. Counter staffs were very polite and helpful. For example, I need an iron and iron board and it was being sent to my room within a short period of time. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not complimentary and was charged upon checking out the hotel. I feel that it should be complimentary since it's a five star hotel.

Pleasant stay at the Pullman Ambassador”
Very big difference in the standards of the rooms between floors. Rainbow rooms are very basic and rooms on seventh floor require refurbishment. The rest of the floors have very nice rooms. Hotel is expensive in relation to Worldly costs but in relation to Korea, fairly priced.

fine couple of nights ”
The surprise is the path is located in the middle of the room!! which kill the area the floor are in front of the path is wood; of course in very bad condition the business center and everyting else close 10:00 PM, we face a problem since we need to complete our work but they need to close. You have to pay for the internet, which is given free in many hotels and even motels. It is Pullman but I think I would find another hotel next time.

Modern, luxurious, welcoming hotel”
The hotel was very luxurious and great value for money. The staff were really helpful. The spa and pool are of a very high standard and even though the pool is small you can still have a decent swim in there. The rooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable. We had dinner in the Blupin, the buffet was great, a wide variety of food and great service.

Stay was very enjoyable, as always. Staff are first class, friendly without being all over you. This Pullman hotel consistently sets a very high standard, probably why I return to it, even after trying some other hotels in the area.

Crisis management not up to standard”
We found that our luggage lock was broken after dinner and suspected unauthorized person had come into our room. We called front desk which sent a non-English speaking bellman. He did not understand what we said and just stood there. After wasting 15 min, he asked us to talk to an English speaking colleague. A manager came at last who thought we were complaining about the bellman damaging our luggage. We had to explain the whole incident the 3rd time and told him it was a security issue, not about the performance of the bellman. He promised to check the CCTV but could not offer any assistance, not even a simple lock until we asked for it. The handling was bad for a 5 star hotel. Also, there was no hanger in the bathroom for hanging clothes while bathing. WiFi access at hotel lobby was fast and good. Concierge was very helpful and spoke good English.

Excellent hotel for a getaway”
This hotel was a big surprise for my wife an I. I've almost always been disapointed with Korean hotels as they are too expensive for the quality. This hotel was great with a wonderful mall next door.However, the pool was disappointing as it was small and they required a swim cap.

A Nice Stay”
Our stay was pleasant. We attended the Jinhae Cherry Blossom Festival and this hotel was situated very close for us to partake in that. With young children, it had what we needed. Plenty of food establishments and shopping right next door. Bonus: as of this writing, there's a Kid's Café in the shopping center next door called Pinocchio. If you have very young children, this a great place to let them burn energy while you sip on the Starbucks coffee you bought nearby!

it was the first time i've been here. i liked the swimming pool. it was a lovely experience. the room is big and clean. decoration is very mordern style. overall, it was good value for money.
