“Excellent room with few downsides”
We stayed in Room 21009, Tower 2, Level 10 for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall, the experience was good with a few downsides worth mentioning. Positives: The unit was spacious and well-maintained, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom was attached to the master bedroom, and the other was located outside. The beds were large and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was equipped with basic utensils, cups, a water dispenser, and an induction cooker—convenient for light cooking. Bathrooms were clean and spacious, with good water pressure and reliable hot water. Location-wise, it was excellent. The building had many cafes and eateries inside, offering a wide variety of food at reasonable prices, making meals hassle-free. Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, we faced some major issues with the bathroom drainage. In the master bedroom’s attached bathroom, the water did not drain properly after showering, causing the floor to flood. It took about 30 minutes for the water to dry completely, which delayed the next person from using the bathroom. The common bathroom outside also had a clogged sink with very slow drainage. These plumbing issues made it difficult for everyone to get ready on time and affected the overall comfort of the stay. Final Thoughts: The unit in Tower 2, Level 10 (Room 21009) offers great comfort, space, and location convenience, but the bathroom drainage problems really need to be addressed. Once fixed, this would be a fantastic choice for a short stay in Genting Highlands.
