Best hotel in seoul”
We had a great stay in October, with a warm welcome for our little kids. The staff was very helpful, the room was amazing and the view on the river is amazing. Thanks

Great restaurants in Hotel”
Hotel is on a hill and not really close to anything! The restaurants are so good it did not matter. Our room was outdated but comfortable with a great view of the skating rink. The hotel is upgrading their rooms and once done it will be way better. No way to open windows and the room was quite hot in December.

Great place when you need to far away from the daily life”
The view was really great. So awesome and made me feel relaxed. Location was great. Can take a walk in Namsan park, can go to N tower also. Inside the hotel, cant forget the night view and band music. When you want to escape from every moment, this would be a great place. (: thank you for giving me such a lovely moment.

This is a great location in Seoul. Near Botanical gardens, Seoul Tower and Itaewon district restaurants etc. Lovely decorated rooms, small but very nicely appointed. Staff are lovely (language barrier exists as with rest of Korea but not too bad here). Concierge(s) couldn’t do enough. Down side is very busy hotel. When we were there lots of local visitors (bus loads) with kids and queues for lifts and restaurants. Good quality, albeit expensive, room service.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night , and we were both impressed with the facilities and the great view from our room (riverside view). While it was slightly more expensive for one night, it was well worth it. Very clean, the location worked for us as we were happy to explore and enjoy the walk. Great! Would recommend to travelers with higher budgets 🤙🏻

Good for casual staycation but bad for refreshment”
As a regular quest to the hotel, always, i had been satisfied with the mood and atmospheres of the place. A good place for two some or even one solo visitor who wants relax. Staff members are okay. Their language is fine. Clean up service is good. Serving guests are relatively better and hyatt is well know for its staff training. With all these good points, however, sometimes, temporary workers or not korean staff annoyed my stays here. Because of the awkaward marketing to fill up rooms, some people inside let tour guides or not quite good enough laborere sneak into the facilities, especialy swimming pool or empty rooms. They kept looking at my daughter and me and tried to make bad judgement or comments on my outwear or clothes even though i had no reason to be treated in that way. Since i make reservarion not through travel agencies but booking websites all the time, some people in the place try to blame for that in public, so that is very annoying every time i make visit to the place. Seriously, the hotel should make rule to be too nice to korean foreigners or tour agency people. I do not have to spend my money to them and that is very illegal attitude. Except those unwanted bothering cheap sales, i feel comfortable about everything of the hotel and label the hotel good one. Stop letting in cheap sales crew just because they are hungry and have kids. I do not want to give my mercy on them. In summer, i hope that i would not see those kinds again.

Currently, many people are coming in here, and staffs are not ready to respond to customers’ needs. Need to wait more than one hour to check-in, even though requested ‘early check-in.’ I tried to listen to what they said, but they made only excuses, not solving the situation.
