Exceptional”
We recently booked a Deluxe King Tower View room with 3 children. Overall, this is probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in KL especially when it comes to the views from the room and also the friendliness of the staff. Below are our review points: - Location of hotel is superb as it is within walking distance to major shopping malls like KLCC and Pavillion. - Food at breakfast was acceptable, though the range of choices can be further improved. - The view from the reception area at level 39 and also the view from the room is breathtaking. We can see the Petronas Twin Tower directly and also the surrounding view of KL from our room and also the reception area. - The room was quite spacious, although the interior might be showing signs of ageing. Still, the toilet area is very big and marble-tiled. Shower water pressure was strong and the bed was comfortable. - Friendliness of staff - This is probably the best part of staying at this hotel. The staff in general are very friendly and professional. They will usually greet us whenever they see us with a smiling face. 1 of the front desk staff (Farah) was especially friendly and helpful to meet our needs. When we checked-in, we were provided with a complimentary single person bed (even though usually there is a fee for this) as the room was not yet ready. Since we are traveling with young children, she had requested Housekeeping to provide us with lots of bottles of water so that we did not need to buy water from the convenience store. She even took it one step further to put this request in the system in case of our further visits in the future. Upon our checkout, we were also given a box of pineapple tarts as a courtesy from the hotel. To conclude, we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone given the view from the hotel and most importantly, the friendliness of the staff.

We love Grand Hyatt SO MUCH”
We’ve been to many hotels in KL and this one top the list for sure! The staff there are all pleasantly kind and attentive. We went there for our anniversary trip and they compliment us with a chocolate cake (with candle too). Not only that, they’ve upgraded our room and we got the BEST VIEW EVER. Imagine waking up and you can literally see KLCC in front of you, amazing. The room is top notch and super clean! They use Balmain as their toiletries and we love it so much. The breakfast spread was a lot to choose from! From cereal, pancakes, waffles, asians, english breakfast, dim sum and a lot more! All of them was sooo good too! Also, breakfast with the KLCC view is superb. The pool is excellent! We still can see KLCC while swimming hence our photo there came out great! Another must try is their Chicken Rice at JP Teres; to die for. Oh and not to forget, my 1+ year old baby really enjoy his baby chair all along since they use Stokke baby chair, my lucky son! Highly recommended as we pleasantly enjoy our stay so much. We would definitely come back! Shout out to Mira who attend me during check in and Joyce the manager, both are very pleasant. Dino! He’s so nice. I’m sorry I can’t remember other names but all the staff there is very nice. Thank you to all. We appreciate it so much.

Good service, great value for money”
The hotel is located in the heart of KL with magnificent views of the iconic twin towers. Service is good, majority of the staff are polite and would cater to most of your requests even unusual ones. Facilities are well maintained and clean. The gym is well equipped and spacious enough that several guests could use it without disrupting other’s routine. The locker rooms, sauna and jacuzzi area is extremely clean and stocked with amenities at all times. The hotel room was amazing, comfortable, spacious and clean with the twin towers directly in view. Food offered by the hotel could easily give most restaurants in and around KL a run for their money. Overall was a great experience and highly recommended to try even if it’s just a staycation.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at Grand Hyatt KL. I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Hyatt KL. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast at Thirty8 one of the best buffet breakfast in town. Many variety. Egg Benedict was awesome !! Totally worthy paying !! Will always come again. I highly recommend this hotel.

the best hotel treatment”
This is prolly my forth time staying in Grand Hyatt. Never once, they did me wrong. However, i did not get a king bed bcs i requested to be on the same floor with my parents. So my husband and I had to share one super single bed. Funny enough it was still a comfortable stay. But breakfast was delicious, the complimentary mousse prepared by Grand Hyatt for her birthday was yummy. Their service of course was top notch. I hv nothing to complain about. They were tentative when it comes to the vaccination and health status which I am pleased about bcs most places dont even bother to check anymore. So to sum up, it was an experience my family and I would like to repeat.

I have visited Grand Hyatt twice this year for staycations (Jan & Oct) & loved every bit of it! Rooms were great, food was amazing.. Received an upgrade & free birthday cake when I stayed here for the first time in January too. Will never forget my stay here. Brief, relaxing stay”
Had a short staycation (3D, 2N) here. Everything was efficient and smooth, had a relaxing time. The room was great and very clean. Room service was super fast, the food I had was yummy. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. All the staff were super courteous and polite. The only thing that could be better was the event/crowd management when I first arrived. The entrance at the ground floor elevator from the basement was blocked by a huge crowd of people lining up to enter the event hall. It was hard to find parking too due to the event. But all in all, was a pleasant experience. Would definitely visit again!

Nothing Short of An Amazing Experience”
The room was great, spacious, well kept and really clean but what made the stay a wonderful one is definitely the amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Service felt personalized and they were passionate and dedicated at their job. Fantastic team of staff from concierge, front desk, pool and everyone we met in between. Grant Hyatt has one of the nicest pools in KL which is definitely a plus point. We were also allowed early check- in and we were here to celebrate my fiancés birthday and had a complimentary mini cake (not a slice but a whole mini cake). The chocolate cake was delicious as well. Plentiful of food to choose from for breakfast and everything tasted great.

Rooms ( double twin and superior Suite) are spacious & clean, bfast buffet is nice, walking distance to Pavillion and KLCC ( within 10 minutes). Most importantly is the crew/staff of the hotel are very friendly & helpful. Our sincere appreciation goes to the front desk officer, Mr. Shaun. He did a wonderful job for us. We appreciate his professionalism and hard work to provide us with an excellent experience. We were very impressed with his service, he provided a smooth and efficient check in & check out and attended all of our queries and requests patiently. The overall service and the facilities were simply phenomenal.

Nice place but could be better”
Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in KL. The room was spacious , thank you Ms Kimberly for being attentive, we received complimentary cake and thank you for the upgrade. The room is top notch and super clean. Breakfast spread at Thirty8 was great with huge selection. We also had our minum petang at JP Teres and my husband love it so much. We still had a bad experience during check in. I went to check my Hyatt's Apps a day before our arrival and it stated that I got a free upgrade. However, during the check in, the staff told that I didn't get any upgrade. Hence, I screenshot the Hyatt's apps and I showed to him. Unfortunately , he told us that we have to wait another 40 MINUTES because they had to change the room for me. We also had not been offered for late check out. It is quite disappointing. Breakfast was great however one of the Chef are not attentive and quite cocky to serve my soup.

Nothing Can Beat This”
Its been a wonderful stay in Grand Hyatt KL. Plenty of parking. Easy access to lobby. The lifts are rarely used. You don't have to wait long. The rooms are really quiet. You hardly see anyone walking around. The room, OMG. We took the KLCC view. Its spacious, comfortable and functional. The pool & gym, marvelous. The food for breakfast & tea-time at thirty8, amazing. Every corner of the hotel is like artistic and beautiful. You can walk to Suria KLCC, Aquaria and nearby malls. I don't know about you but I'm definitely coming back. Thank you GHKL!

Perfect!”
My husband and I got a free upgrade to a deluxe room with KLCC view. The room was big, clean and cozy. I think the bathroom was refurbished so it looks kinda new, except that the bath tub was a bit small. We got a chocolate cake with compliments from the hotel. Each item from the mini bar costs you RM10. Thank you Grand Hyatt. We enjoyed our stay.

Travelling with two young kids. We were so enthralled by the twin tower view right smack outside our room. Do request for high floor. Simply love everything from check in til check out. The pool were great. My kids enjoyed it. And beds were comfy too. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast selection were sumptuous and delicious. We were all so happy with our stay at Grand Hyatt!
