在海信廣場樓上。若帶行李從地鉄五一廣場站走路的話有点遠。酒店服務人員態度很好。房間很大，景觀也很好，浴室和廁所是乾濕分離的，但廁所抽風換氣方面可能有些問題，不明白禁煙房間為何每天都聞到香煙味，而且是一天比一天強烈。

位置好，吃东西方便”

离地铁大概10分钟，海信广场有小门可到，旁边就是坡子街，吃东西方便。 房间宽敞，有方桌子适合外卖回酒店吃😂 酒店泳池水温合适，就是小了点，更衣室有脱水机，还有按摩泡池小朋友每天都要去玩。

一个不算蜜月的蜜月”

春节就想要去的长沙之旅一直推迟到婚假都要来不及休才实现。原先想要去定网红酒店的，但是只剩3000+的价格令人望而却步。HYATT很贴心的帮忙布置了房间，而且地理位置实在是太好了~楼下就是超级文和友，不用排什么队就能快速吃上！坡子街和黄兴街也是走几步路就到了。如果下次去的话应该还会去HYATT吧！

地點方便，員工服務態度好，可能使用量高因此略為有點舊，餐廳選擇也算多，或酒店正街道已有不店舖，酒店對岸已是橘子島。

comfortable stay,good location and nice service.长沙真是个神奇的、如此nice的城市，瞬间爱上，这间酒店也有一点点影响在里面。 因为行程比较紧张，所以没有体验酒店的各项设施（健身房、泳池、餐厅），故不做评价。 1.服务赞，完全不用操心行李。。一到店就放手了。早上没挂请勿打扰的牌就会一直隔着门问你要不要打扫卫生，太热情了。。 2.地理位置便利 按照朋友的原话“我们住的酒店好，离这些美食街有点距离，又不会太远，刚好可以吃饱了散步回去” 下楼扶手电梯就到海信广场，超级文和友、茶颜悦色几步路的事情；出门左转黄兴路步行街，右转海信广场+坡子街，太平街和IFS国金街都是二十分钟的步行路程。 3.隔音好 4.沙发好，可以坐着看湘江 5.洗浴产品不错不错 6.无处不在的设计感，电梯和房间的墙面以及厕所的洗手池 不足：1.不懂为什么大堂两个门，只有一个有人推，那你不如做个自动的。。。2.玻璃窗那里有被烫的痕迹很大一块也没有修补。3.浴室布局有点一言难尽，虽然做到了干湿分离，但淋浴时看着浴室另一侧的浴缸有点怪怪的。 总体来说算是不错 下次再来体验一下其他房型

干净整洁、房间很大、设备齐全、位置优越”

价格并不美丽，但一分钱一分货。位于长沙正中心，离地铁站走路即到。隔壁就是文和友，去了号牌可以回酒店等排号。走路去IFS也很近，十分钟就可以走到。5月橘子洲头有烟火表演，可惜去的时候是4月，没有看到。总之，如果预算足够，这是一家非常非常值得推荐的酒店。
