In overall our stay is excellent. We booked the deluxe room so we don't need to experience long queue like people who book the standard room. We had our breakfast on the top floor of tower 1 and the food is good. Some local delicacies are excellent, but too spicy to digest in the morning. Need to improve on the variety of the food. Wifi is covered for the whole hotel without password with single SSID, but the speed is only 2-3mbps. 2. Coffee Sachet and tea bags given in room, but no kettle to boil hot water for it. 3. Genting Highlands is rather small and all hotels are linked. The Resorts World Genting was comfortable, and walking to the casino, or to the eateries were easy. The cool weather made walking a brisk. I would definitely recommend staying in one of the Genting Group hotels when in Genting Highlands.
