Went to Gatlinburg for a birthday trip. the hotel and staff were excellent, and being right on the river made for peaceful balcony seating during the day. It is also located right in the middle of Gatlinburg, If you enjoy a nice stroll through the city it is in the perfect place to walk around town and see all that it has to offer.

Room was your average hotel. The view with the river was fantastic! It was at the end of the strip in Gatlinburg so super easy to walk to everything!

Love this hotel! The fire pit area by the creek is so gorgeous and was a perfect way to end a day. Loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool too. The breakfast included was an added bonus!! Would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice for the money. The hallways were dated but they were in the middle of construction to remodel. The room we had had a fireplace in it but it was not able to be used. The bathroom was small and when the ac kicked on it smelled like a camp fire. But overall the room was very nice for the money and the free breakfast was good.

The staff, location, pool, and general cleanliness were good. We had reasonable expectations but... Room was musty and moisture markings around the whole ceiling edges. When turning on the AC a really strong musty/mildew/moldy smell overpowered the room requiring we open balcony and front door for quite a while. We use this as our base in Gatlinburg. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the main street but for enough that you won't hear the noise. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is adequate. For the price we paid, it represent a good value. Also, this is our first time in Gatlinburg, we loved this town.

Nice pool, and hot tubs. It had two elevators, but one of them was broke down the whole time we were there causing the operating elevator to be overused and congested most of the time. Continental breakfast needed more options, the tile looked like a crew of unprofessional put it in. The staff was great very nice and professional, and great house keeping.

Wow we had a blast. 4 woman out to shop not a big room but big enough. Balcony with river pool hot tub Racquet bAll court breakfast and free wine and cheese. People were fun and price was great . Thank you guys for making our trip a success

Gatlinburg Inn puts you right in the center of town for a great value. They have on site parking which save lots of hassle.

Very nice place, clean and informative staff. There is a bistro in the main lobby, indoor pool, and a fitness center. The room had a great view from the balcony. Very large room with 2 queen beds and it was very clean.

Ceiling falling in bedroom over the bed. Restaurant prices too high. Staff needs to be friendlier and be customer oriented. I had eaten chocolate in the bed and when we came back to the room, the beds were made, but the chocolate was on the sheets, so the sheets were not changed

Just a heads up, this place is nearly impossible to get an F350 sized vehicle in and out of! Other than that, it was a great stay. Clean, quiet, affordable, and a super location.
