An old hotel with very very basic facility”
After checking in to the room and ready for taking bath, I received a call from reception counter to request me go down and change to another room (wrong room distributed). Well anyway, it was fine. The next morning, a room service staff came in to my room without notice. I was frightened. But the staff went out immediate after realizing that got people in the room. The furnish of the room is really really old and dirty, with smell (smoking), even the toilet. I supposed stay at other (better) hotel, quite regret to stay at this hotel. The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from Batu Pahat Bus Terminal. Hope the management of the hotel can do necessary furnish.

Awful Choice”
The reception staff (old chinese guy) was not friendly and arguing my agoda booking when we arrive for check in, the hotel environment were not welcoming at all.. im very dissapointed to stay here with my wife and 1 year old child for 3D2N. breakfast were suck there only cold & salted noodles and bread only.. no other choices.. and the hotel restaurant dont even provide a baby chair.. i dont recommend to stay here because there's so many other good choices maybe with lower price at batu pahat town.

Excellent stay”
A great stay considering its price, provides complimentary breakfast, a tourism hotel, with attached spa and massage centre. But location wise, hard to find foods around. Have to walk to bus station. Property located just in front food junction but closed at 5 PM. Located near banks. And room service is closed on 9 PM.

This was my third time stayed at Garden hotel, was fortunate that the room was renovated with new carpets and wall papers. Room is clean and free from mouldy smell.

Convenient and value for money”
Nice, comfort and value for money. The hotel is located very near to the Interchange and famous local food stalls such as Ah See Wantan Noodle, Seaside BBQ Food center. It is also near to many shopping area.

Five start room at standard room rate”
So far, this is the best hotel in BP. I have stayed at Crystal Inn, Pelican and a few others. Will come back to this hotel for my next stay in BP.

damn 2nd time check in”
(room standard triple - smelly room, cracked bathtub, remote for tv and aircond not functioning, dont have any kettle, mineral water and instant coffe or tea and not spacious room even to perform pray, dont hv any praying mat (lucky i bring my own praying mat)...down to breakfast next morning, found piece of hair in a cup (not really hygiene)...just hv 1 chinese staff at the coffee house. this stupid staff turn on the tv with his favourite chinese channel...an ignorance to multi racial guest...will be consider next visit)-my 1st review & 1st visit standard triple room)..the bathroom have crack tiles, no power source/plug to charge handphone (only 1 plug where the tv is connected to), the middle bed have spoilt matresses , very low signal of wifi, smelly room...three a group of teenager(from singapore i think) making noise in the middle of the night at the aisle..still found another hair in a cup during breakfast,same stupid staff turn on the tv with national geograpic channel but with chinese voice over...turn to english la stupid!!! he just watching tv instead of make the guest happy...enough is enough!!! will not check in again and 100% not recommend to whoever want to stay at this hotel...

Location is close to eateries ie KFC and malay food court. If walk alittle towards B&S hotel there s lots of food. Bedding is acceptable and aircon is cold. Value for $.

the toilet is clogged.. the switches on the wall is falling apart.. provides 3in1 sachets but no water heater.. the breakfast was bad.. the walls are thin, we can hear the room next door talking.. all in all, i would not recommend this hotel..

This hotel don't even provide basic things like :- 1) hair dryer 2) Kettle for boiling water. The wall paper falling off & cishion cover torn & no breakfast provided. Coffee house was closed, may be due to lack of customers. Sad & disappointing.

It was average, looks like they are short of staff since only one person at the reception counter, his the one entertaining me n others at counter, also the one who have to pick up phone's.. Telephone in the room not functioning. Aircond indicator is blank but the room is cold inventionally at night (which means aircond are functioning).. TV not really in good condition.. Food is just mee, ns lemak & 2 kuih with coffee for two days of my staying., overall i'd say average..
