The room was clean. The staff was exceptional. Eventhough he speaks minimal english, he made an effort by calling someone who does and uses google translator. We arrived late, tired and hungry. As the restaurant was close, the same staff also offered to help order food for us, and actually delivered it himself to our room. Definitely 5 star service!

숙소가 넓었어요. 전망도 앞에 보이구요. 쾌적했어여”
우선 친구들이랑 같이 갔었는데 숙소가 넓고 쾌적했어요. 근데 건물뒤에 자재가 아직 안치워져서 좀 더럽고 내부도 좀 더 신경쓰면 좋은데 올드하고 관리를 안한다는 느낌은 받았어요. 가족 친구들이랑 오면 좋을 것 같아요.~담에 친구들이랑 한번쯤 더 올 것 같아요.

더블베드가 2개 있는 89제곱미터 방에 숙박했습니다. 큰 창문으로 물가가 보이고 에어컨이 잘 작동해서 시원했어요. 방이 매우 큰데 최대 4인 입실인 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 화장실 위생상태가 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 카드키를 추가로 요청했는데 애초에 하나뿐이라 추가 지급이 불가능한 것도 아쉬웠던 점입니다. 수건은 인당 1개씩 주시고 추가로 요청하니 2개 더 주셨습니다. 세탁기가 있어서 물놀이한 옷들을 세탁이 가능했습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 방 크기이고 가장 아쉬웠던 점은 직원 응대였는데, 불친절하신 것은 아니었지만 분명 프론트데스크에 실내 마스크 착용 필수라고 쓰여있는데 정작 직원분은 안 쓰신 점이 좀 신경 쓰였습니다. 또한 객실 청소 보증금 3만원이 있는데 이에 대해 체크인 이전 미리 안내받은 것이 없었습니다. 미리 안내해주셨다면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 그리고 체크아웃하고 돌아가던 길에 연락이 와서 아직 퇴실하지 않으셨다고 연락이 와서 의아했습니다. 이 점들을 빼면 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

숙소 입구부터 숙소 들어가기 전까지 이상한 썩은내 나요. 숙소에는 별로 이상한 냄새가 안 나지만 시간 지나면 싱크대 부분에서 이상한 냄새가 납니다. 나머지는 그냥 그랬는데 무슨 펜션에서 싱크대도 있는데고기도 못 굽게하고 냄새나는 요리 다 못하게 하는거 보니 다시는 가고 싶지않네요;;

바베큐하다 옆테이블 펜션사장지인 취객들이 제트스키타면서 물뿌렸네요 직원분들은 친절하셔서 중재해주시려고했으나 머리끝부터 발끝까지 홀딱 젖고 기분이 나빠서 바베큐도 못하고 놀지도못하고 숙소로 올라왔어요 안에서 뭐 냄새나는건 일절못해요

방음 심하며, 욕실 배수 미흡”
저층 사용자이며, 기본적으로 방음이 전혀 되지 않습니다. 그리고 욕실의 경우 샤워부스가 너무 비좁고, 배수 처리가 전혀 되지 않아서 불결했습니다. 추가적으로 로비의 부대 시설이 전혀 없으며, 로비 남자 화장실의 경우 불결 및 협소 합니다. 개선 되어야 할것 같습니다.

전반적으로 적당했다.. 가 총평입니다 방에서 강 배경으로 찍는 사진 아주 잘나오고요 그외에 주변에 따로 할게 없는 것 같습니다 여름에 수상스포츠를 즐기러 가는거면 그 아래 바로 있는데 그 외에는 차타고 다 한참 가야해요 커플들 쉬러가는건 괜찮을거 같고요 저는 가족여행이었는데 무난하게 보냈습니다 청소는 외부 업체에서 한다고 되어있는데 화장실 주방 이런데는 깨끗하게 잘되어있고 바닥이나 창틀 이런건 강옆이라서 벌레가 있고 해서 어쩔수 없을 것 같습니다 그리고 룸에서는 조리가 불가해서 전자레인지 전기주전자 정도 사용가능해서 이 부분도 예약할때 고려해야 합니다 숯불 바베큐는 별도로 3-4만원 돈을 내면 가능해서 저녁만 바베큐로 먹었습니다.

4인 가평여행 숙소로 묵었는데”
여름 빠지이용 외에는 비추천요. 방은 깨끗한편이고 난방 잘되는데, 주변에 딱히 뭐가 있진 않고, 바베큐도 4인 이용비만 4만원이라는 터무니없는 가격으로 이용하진 않았어요.

- 전면 통유리창으로 뷰가 좋음. 근데 밤엔 어차피 암것도 안보임. - 곰팡이,바선생 등 숙소가 더럽다는 후기를 많이 봤으나 나쁘지않았음. - 30분정도 일찍 도착해도 딱 정각에 입실할 수 있음. - 입실 전 디파짓 3만원 계좌이체해야함. 별 일 없으면 퇴실한 날 밤에 돌려줌. - 조리도구가 충분하지않음 - 숯 개비쌈 - 분리수거 다 해놓고 퇴실해야함 또 가고싶은 펜션은 아닙니다.
