To have hot tub in the room helped a lot as the weather was not good, very clean, big room, balcony, confortable bed, good sheets, nice and clean bathroom and shower. I also enjoyed the pool which had good temperature. Location is very good, just 5-7 mins walk to the Gyeongpo beach. 7eleven just under the hotel and around many restaurants and bike rental place.

후기가 너무 안 좋아서 걱정했는데 정말 좋은 숙소였습니다. 수영장 물도 깨끗하고 숙소 방도 정말 깔끔해서 머리카락 한 올, 벌레 한 마리 안 보였어요! 조리도구랑 기본적인 식용유, 소금 같은 것도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 요리도 잘 해먹었어요! 사장님도 저희 갔을 때는 계속 상주해 계셨고 정말 친절하겼어요!! 경포호랑 경포해변도 걸어서 5분도 안 걸리는 거리라서 위치도 좋았습니다! 1층에 편의점이랑 바로 앞에 마트도 있어서 먹을 거 사러 멀리 안 가도 됩니다! 그리고 밤에 시끄럽다는 후기가 많았는데 저희 방은 방음도 잘 되고 주변 게스트하우스 소리 하나도 안 들리고 좋았어요! 정말 쾌적하고 좋은 숙소였습니다. 추천드려요. 굳이 단점을 꼽으라면 방에 티비가 안됐는데 연결 문제 같아서 사장님께 말씀드리면 고쳐주실 것 같았어여. 저희는 딱히 티비도 안 보고 귀찮아서 그냥 안 고쳤어용.

깔끔하고 좋아요 근데 앞에 강릉에서 제일 유명한 게스트하우스가 있어요 ㅋㅋㅋ ㅋ앞에서 파티하는데 그렇게 막 시끄럽진않고 (8시인가9시인가 까지밖에안하고 조용해지더라고요)구경 거리가 되서 재밌었네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아무튼 시설도 너무 깔끔하고 전체적으로 화이트톤이어서 잘 묵고 왔네요 뷰는 스카이베이뷰라고 보시면되요,,,ㅋㅋ 흑

직원분들 불친절하다는 후기 있고, 방음 취약하다는 후기도 있고, 청결하지 못하다는 후기 있어서 그다지 큰 기대 안했는데 외국인 직원 두분이 11시 퇴실에 3시 입실에 청소, 안내 등 다 하시려면 얼마나 피곤하시겠어요... 수건도 예쁘게 둘둘말려있고 객실도 깨끗했어요. 이정도 금액에 이정도의 컨디션이면 양호한거 같아요. 경포 해수욕장을 슬리퍼 끌고 5분컷에, 2층에는 수영장있고, 물 온도도 신경써주시는 것 같았어요. 그리고 1층에는 편의점있고 주차시설도 크고 모래터는 공기총도 있어서 편했어요. 놀다 돌아오니 층간 소음도 그립네요ㅎㅎ 층간 소음은 좀 있습니다. 아무래도 타일 바닥이라 좀 그런거같아요. 여기저기 추천하고 또 강릉 오면 이용할게요!

촉박하게 예약해서 원래도 기대는 별로 없었지만, 이정도면 2만원짜리 게스트하우스를 가는게 더 나았을것같아요. 1. 1층에 있는 난방은 됐으나 복층은 안됨. 리모콘을 보니 매직으로 '(불량)'이라고 적혀있었음. 어이없어서 바꿔달라고 말하러갔는데 돌아오는 대답은 '어디 그런말이 써있냐'였음. 답답해서 한글 모르시냐고 손으로 짚어드림. 계속 모르쇠하다가 나중에는 원래 안되는 곳이라고 함. 그러면 대체 에어컨은 왜 달려있냐고 물으니 답 못하심. 일단 알겠다하고 돌아옴.(다행히 보일러있어서 춥지는 않음) 2. 방 입구에 간단히 손씻는 세면대 있었는데 물 틀고보니 아래로 물 그대로 샘. 양말 다 젖어서 급하게 수건으로 닦음. 3. 비품 구비가 제대로 되어있지 않음. 애초에 1/4밖에 남지 않은 두루마리 휴지만 있었는데 휴지 여분 있다고 써진 서랍은 텅텅 비어있었음. 사장님께 말씀드리면 되는 부분이지만 애초에 손님을 받을 때 이런 기본적인 건 채워져 있어야 한다고 생각함. 4. 자는 도중에 옆에 있는 화장실 하수구 냄새 때문에 가족들 다 잠 제대로 못잠. 화장실 문 닫았는데도 났음. 다음날 아침에 화장실 문 열었더니 냄새가 너무 심해서 누가 먼저 샤워할지 벌칙처럼 정함. 5. 머리 말리려고 화장대 의자에 앉았는데 바퀴 한쪽이 고장나있어서 넘어짐. 발목에 상처나서 밴드 붙임. 여행 많이 다니는데 처음부터 나갈 때까지 이렇게 엉망이고 기분 나쁜 숙소는 처음임. 가격도 펜션치고는 비싸지 않은 편이고(16만) 급하게 예약해서 엉성한 안내나 제대로 된 어메니티가 없고, 침대에 뭉쳐있는 머리카락 먼지 정도 있는 건 그러려니 하는데 이건 아니다 싶었음. 진짜 인생 최악의 숙소임.
