The place needed some repairs, especially in the main lobby floor. All the tiles were loose and wobbled when walked on. The mattress is not the best. However location is fantastic and clean!

Ideal location next to Ferry terminal! ”
This place is ideal for travellers catching their ferry ride as it is just 100m away from the Anmok Ferry Terminal! Anmok beach right at the doorstep and Anmok Coffee Street also provides a lot of coffee places to hang out. Great location to catch the sunrise as well. Staff was very helpful, although note the curfew from 11pm-430am. Only cons are the shared shower facilities and food options for solo travellers.

I went to Gangneung for figure skating competition, at Gangneung Ice arena. from Gangneung intercity bus terminal, you can take taxi, it costs around 8000 won. from guesthouse to Gangneung Ice arena (Olympic Park) , if by taxi, it will cost around 6500 won. Anmok beach is at coffee street, so there are many coffee or cafe shops there , and it opens until late. There is curfew, the guesthouse close the door from midnight until around 4.30 AM. and you can stay at lobby until midnight. I stay in 6 bed dorm, the room is small compare to another bigger dorm (cant remember how many beds). Bathroom is share and separate just by curtains (but it is clean and not crowded), so if you are serious with bathroom or need privacy, I am not recommend this guest house. The staff is very friendly, not good in english but she try to help and talk with me. She provided small towel and 1 bottle of water everyday. Breakfast is quite nice, staff will made waffle for you , you can have as many as you can. and there are coffee, tea, conflake with milk, some fruits. Coffee and tea are available for free all day in the lobby. And they sell drinks also.

1人で宿泊しました。江陵アイスからのタクシー移動ですが近いので便利です。目の前が海なので朝は窓からの景色は最高です。 だだ、消灯時間があるので真っ暗に😅 シャワーは、髪の毛洗うぐらいかな？ 1人でも安心、近くにお洒落なカフェがあるので便利です

하루 묵었습니다. 장점은 위치와 가성비가 훌륭합니다. 강릉항 여객터미널 바로 앞에 있어서 울릉도나 독도로 관광하시는 분들에게 가장 좋은 접근성을 가지고 있습니다. 주차도 여객터미널 주차장이나 이면도로 주차장에 무료로 주차할 수 있고요. 강릉커피거리의 끝쪽에 있어서 거리를 한 바퀴 도는데 무리가 없습니다. 게스트하우스로부터 500미터 정도니까 왕복하면 1킬로 되는 산책이겠군요. 아고다에서 예약해서 갔는데 제가 갔을 때는 문이 닫혀 있었습니다. 4시부터 체크인을 하는 것 같더군요. 얼리 체크인은 아예 불가능한 듯. 1층에 약식 카페 겸 주점(?)이 있습니다. 저녁 이후에 간단한 맥주를 하거나 무료 제공되는 차나 커피를 마시는 것도 괜찮더군요. 3월 중순이라도 0도 정도의 기온이었지만 난방은 따뜻했습니다. 반팔에 담요를 덮어도 좋고 담요없이 긴팔로 자도 좋고요. 낡았다는 느낌보단 오래된 느낌의 시설이라 생각됩니다. 아침해가 눈부시게 들어와서 자명종이 필요 없습니다. 단점이라면 싼 방에는 수건을 제공 안하고 6인실에는 수건을 주신다더군요. 제가 묵은 방은 생수 한통뿐. 수건을 지참하시면 좋겠네요. 물론 1천원을 내면 대여도 가능합니다. 개인 사물함은 시건장치가 부실해서 쉽게 뜯을 수도 있겠더군요. 자물쇠도 개인이 준비해야 하고요. 데스크에 맏기시면 보관을 잘 해주시니 불안한 분은 데스크에 맞기시고 다음날 아침에 찾아가는 시간을 약속하셔야 할겁니다. 왜냐면 직원이 상주를 하기에 데스크에만 있지는 않거든요. 화장실과 세면대는 각 층에 있습니다만-여자층은 3층이라서 있는지 확실치 않군요- 샤워실은 지하에 남녀 공동으로 있습니다. 밤 12시까지 사용 가능하고 아침은 6부터 사용 가능합니다. 밤 12시 부터 4시반까지는 출입이 통제됩니다. 아침은 9-10시 인데 전 안먹어서 모르겠네요.

전체적으로 만족하나 새벽에 추웠어요 저녁에서 밤사이에는 난로덕분에 따뜻한 온기가 느껴져서 새벽에 잘 잘수있겠다 싶었지만 새벽에 추워서 여러번 잠에서 깨어났습니다 그 외에 뜨거운물도 잘나오고 기본 세면도구도 구비되어있어서 만족합니다 추웠다는거 빼곤 괜찮았습니다 6인실에서 잤는데 6인실보단 넓은 18인실이 더 좋은거 같습니다 1층에 커피숍이 있고 주변이 관광지라 위험하지않은 위치라서 좋았고 터미널에서 택시로 약 5000원 지불하고 왔습니다
