Exceptional”

Great place and terrific value in an amazing location!!! Hotel provides all the amenitites you need and require. Location is perfect! Middle of downtown and in easy walking distance to plenty of retaurants, coffee shops and pubs. Safe, quiet and clean neighboorhood. Easy access to the expressway when you wrap your weekend. Highly recommended for all travelers!

Nice place in Gangneung”

Wonderful place to stay while in Gangneung. It is located in a quiet part of the city with some nice cafes/restaurants nearby. There are also several convenience stores in the vicinity. The onsite restaurant is no longer functional though. The convenience stores have all that you need for a quick breakfast. Overall, nice stay here, highly recommended.

Clean room and nice staff but rooms smell like cigarettes ”

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly however the room that we were assigned smelled like cigarettes as if someone was smoking non stop in the room. We requested another room and the staff gave us another room which was little better. Bathroom was filled with smoking from other rooms from time to time. Other than this I enjoyed the stay.

Took a taxi from Gangneung KTX station to the hotel, which took 5min and cost us 4000won only. We booked a standard double room, and I immediately loved the room when I saw it - it was very tastefully but minimally decorated and felt very cosy. It was pretty spacious for 2pax, and they'd provided Aveda toiletries, which I was quite impressed by. Breakfast was equally simple but impressive. Don't really have any complaints about it, would love to come back again! :)

Super nice and helpful staff ”

Room is clean, brand new and the staff is super helpful, one of them help us to call taxi one of them let us checkout later and gave us some pills cuz two of us were sick. And last i left my glasses at hotel and they sent it to me through delivery!! Strongly recommend

Great new space in fun neighborhood”

We stayed for the Paralympics. Room and patio were wonderful. I appreciated full control of both the heat and air conditioning. The neighborhood had a number of parks and some interesting international restaurants.

Our stay at Gangneug Boutique Hotel was satisfying. The room was really tidy and big. The floor was heated during winter, bringing the cozy feels haha. The only one thing that bothered me was that the hot water coming out of the faucet was a little dirty and turbid. But overall, we were satisfied and would like to book this hotel if we visit again.
