Cheap and great location. Our room was big and they had HBO, nice bathtub, big bed. Thin doors so you hear everything, no breakfast.

Poor performance of Air conditioner in room”

The air conditioner was not working properly in the room and the room was not good also. If the air conditioner can not provide cooling then the hotel should provide a fan in the room so that people will not feel hot in the erom. All the furniture was old. I just feel that hotels just wanna earn money without providing the good rooms.

Stale cigarette smoke”

The room was fine except for the stench of stale cigarette smoke. I asked for a non-smoking room.

Overpriced”

Despite being pretty cheap, it's still overpriced. There isn't much to say about it. It's extremely middling. Bring your own soap and shampoo. The police test an air raid siren at 9am every morning right outside.

Nice hotel”

We enjoyed the hotel, and especially its central location in Hsinchu. The hotel is pretty nice, and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast, included with our stay, was really great. Staff were very friendly overall. We did have one problem, which caused us a lot of annoyance: We were staying two nights, but after the first night, the staff forced us to change rooms. I'd previously checked with staff when we originally checked in, to make sure we had our room reserved for two nights, and they had assured us that we did. Staff apologized, but didn't help us, and we had to waste time packing up and moving to a different floor/room.

Good location for traveller. Although the hotel is a bit old but its clean. The staff were kind and accommodating.

立地、スタッフは良いのですが”

駅からそれほど遠くなく、新竹の観光地のひとつである城隍廟に近いため、市内散策にはすごく便利です。 また、 安い宿にも関わらず、スタッフが日本語対応できることは、貧乏旅行者である私にとって、非常に心の助けになります。 また、スタッフの方の気遣いは、上質のホテル並です。 ただ、建物はかなり古く、残念なところがありますが、スタッフの対応でリカバリーされます。頑張って維持しているのだろうと思います。掃除はきれいに行き届いてます。 私達はもっぱらグルメ紀行ですが、ホテルの周りに美味しい店も多いです。 設備はWiFiが無いのとセーフティーボックスが無いのはかなりマイナスですね。 カーテンが破けたままなのは、ご愛嬌です。

部屋のキレイさは価格相応。特に不満はなしです。 フロントの方が日本語を話せれて、色々と融通してくれた。 バスタブもあるのも良し。
