Bit Disappointed ”

I must admit I expect more from the Sheraton. Booking a city view room, I got a room looking at the tail yards. A phone call to the front desk resulted in a move to a room on a higher floor, 11th floor up to the 14th. Thanks to James for organising this. There were 3 of us in the room yet only 1 towel hook. After going for a swim we had no place to dry our bathers...a towel rail, line or more hooks would help. Location is great if you like shopping and places to eat with District Docklands across the road. Overall, a good stay but rooms need more amenities.

Good spot for shopping once harbour town complete ”

We booked this hotel as 5 mins from harbour town and 5 mins from lovely restaurant on docklands. Only disappointing thing was harbour town not completed. Will be nice weekend for shopping and lunch

Amazing hotel, lovely staff and wonderful location!”

My mum and I stayed here for a weekend away and we were so happy with our stay. The hotel is in an amazing location, right by the water and a short walk to Etihad Stadium/Southern cross. Staff were lovely and welcoming, the room was absolutely gorgeous and had a wonderful water view. The bath room was modern and had an amazing waterfall shower head and the bed was super comfy. Will definitely be coming back again!

Is it four stars hotel?”

My room is at the end. It's small and the display is weird. No kettle in the room; no bar fridge in the room; no slippers in the room, but two pairs have left after cleaning at the 3rd day... I can't believe it's a four stars hotel. The bathroom floor was not clean when I checked in. The lobby is small, but that doesn't matter to me. The hotel not only had my credit card details, but also took off $100 when I checked in. I was told that it would be hold until I checked out. It's been two days now and I haven't got $100 back. A lot of different experiences from hotels I stayed before. The hotel is very new. Beds are big and comfortable; location is not bad; staff are good. Not bad for the price I paid.

Quiet New Built Location”

it's a little out of CBD, but this place is generally convenient with a little mall beside it, and a tram station. Will be the next up & coming place in Docklands.

Newish Docklands hotel”

A pleasant enough stay in a newly-opened Sheraton hotel. The room was comfortable but quite small. Most things appeared to be extra; a movie $16, room service $6 delivery!, parking extra etc., though wifi was free. The staff appeared to be still being trained. We were treated to a "how to set a table" lesson on a table directly next to the one we were trying to have breakfast on! These oversights will hopefully be overcome in with experience and time.

Heated Pool, comfy bed! Amazing kind staff”

We got upgraded on arrival for no particular reason which was a great little surprise. The front desk staff were very helpful with tram information and accomodating check out times. The pool and pool area was STUNNING and it warm you could just walk right in. Didn’t have the chance to use the gym but it had everything you’d need for a 45 minute power session. Buffet breakfast was a good price and delicious food with many options

It was my fault”

I thought the Hotel was in the black building on the water front and anticipated bay view as advertised, that was my fault, I work in Dickl;ands and could have checked. I feel this hotel is primarily configured for business travel and seminars; however I am from Melbourne and this was an anniversary celebration with my wife. I looked for an alternative from our usual inner city stay and this did not really fit that purpose. One comment on the room is that there were no plates or cutlery, so it was difficult to have our cheese and wine before dinner, however that is minor. All staff were friendly and professional, and breakfast was good.

Great weekend”

Fabulous room and view. Room service food was delicious. Did not get to use the inviting pool as it was raining on that day. Easy to catch the tram to the city as it is just outside the hotel. The guy are reception was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Wow, what a beautiful place to stay!! View of the Star was fantastic, kids loved watching it at night.. Staff were amazing, super helpful and lovely to deal with..

Great hotel, across the road from the Waterfront shopping precinct, with easy access to the Aust Open tennis on the 70 tram stop across the road. Pool & gym lovely & rooms good.

Stunning view of the Observation Wheel”

It was our anniversary and we requested for a honeymoon suite. Our requests were all granted and we enjoyed our stay and special day.

They’ve only openend for 6 months and althought it was a horrid weather the weekend we stayed, i still had a wonderful time and will stay here again i a heartbeat. The staff are amazing, clean, spacious room, loved it.
