Great location but too small space and too rundown”
Great location at Fengjia night market is just below the premises. Please bear in mind there is one floor of stairs you need to climb before reaching the lift to the room. The air conditioner is very old and we feel very hot at night. Room cleanliness is still acceptable and I guess the affordable price compensate the stay.

It's a bad staying experience”
The room is small. The water heater for shower is not working. Suddenly cold and suddenly hot. Then, the room's water kettle is not functioning. But the staff has changed it after complaint. The bedsheet definitely didn't change, still have hairs on the bed. But, the location is good. Need to climb up the stairs. There are no lift within the building. Going to the building need to pass through a small street which was smelly.

The receptionist was very polite! Because I couldn't find my way from the parking lot to the hotel, the staff patiently answered my phone calls for directions four times! I'm really grateful! With this price and such service, it's worth it! Booked a triple room with two double beds, the room is small but has everything you need! The stay was on a weekday and it was quiet! Will consider staying again ☺️

五人大床睡起來很舒適，房間也乾淨整潔，但缺點是門口太隱密不好找，一定要加員工ＬＩＮＥ請員工帶進去才找的到，但整體住宿體驗不錯！

住宿有合約停車場，但是停車場服務人員態度不佳，經由服務人員指揮後我的後車輪框刮到鐵架，停好車後我立刻下車查看，服務人員什麼都沒說就立刻離開，與旅館反應表示可以幫我們聯絡停車場老闆，建議報警處理，因為是一群朋友出遊考慮後沒有報警，所以在此建議有開車的夥伴要注意⚠️ 合約的停車場是一次150當天能隨意進出，個人覺得如果沒有進出必要可以選擇較便宜一次100的停車場。 住宿位置隱密離夜市近是很大的優點，停車場對面有不錯的早午餐

1. 房子在巷弄內，需要找一下 2. 大樓沒有電梯，最高四樓，如果有較多行李需要留意一下選擇 3. 隔音沒有很好，住一個晚上，隔壁玩什麼遊戲聽的一清二楚就算了⋯連隔壁姓什麼都聽的到⋯而且，如果住在四樓一間樓中樓隔壁，那連走路上樓的聲音都聽得到⋯ 4. 房間很多螞蟻，桌上地板都是 5. 入住三張床的房型，其中一張床的被單跟床單都有血漬，無奈晚上1點多要睡覺時才翻動被子發現⋯ 6. 房內沒有冰箱，對我們而言沒有影響，提供給會介意的人參考 7. 網路上寫到現場付款，實際會請下訂者加Line或是微信先轉帳

以單純休息住一晚的價格來說不能要求什麼了”
地理位置就在夜市晚上買宵夜很方便，也是寵物友善住宿對於帶狗出遊的我們真的很棒，但是非常巷弄內晚上如果自己走有點恐怖，然後沒電梯扛行李上四樓，枕頭套有起毛球感覺不是很好，而且剛好碰到早上八點就在敲敲打打鑽鑽牆什麼的超級吵一早有點火大，總結以單純休息住一晚的價格來說不能要求什麼了

選房間特別挑選有停車場的，未下訂之前完全沒有聯絡方式，下單後，才被告知停車場需要另外加價，另外，選房間還特別看評價好的，結果實際房間根本不如照片明亮，房間內看起來很不整潔，床邊都灰塵，很不巧入住時剛好遇到寒流，熱水器根本沒用，熱水不到五分鐘就沒了，身上都泡泡只能硬著頭皮洗冷水澡，跟聯絡人反應後，換到另一間房間，房間內兩張雙人床床單都有污漬，枕頭還有頭髮，木製的衣架還有黑色的霉點，再換第三間才免強可以，但熱水依然不太熱，要說優點只能說是離逢甲近，沒有第二個優點了，真的不知道這麼多的好評是哪裡來的。

在逢甲夜市，環境很髒，在陰暗的巷子裡，樓下有很多蟑螂，房間灰塵多不像照片一樣乾淨，沒有第四台，冷氣有怪聲，浴室裡有上個人的頭髮，怕髒的人要好好考慮，隔天醒來大過敏。

這次的假期，安排到一樓的房間，廁所有一種很奇怪的味道，地上有小強的屍體、餅干屑還有螞蟻在搬@@? 隔音非常的爛，因為在一樓的房間，每個房客進門，我還真的都聽的到XD，不管是爬樓梯、或上廁所，我們在房間都聽的一清二楚，房客上樓的腳步聲，感覺好像樓梯有三、四隻小強，一定要用力的踩才可以，上個廁所水管流的聲音，我的房間也聽的一清二楚，怎麼了？我是竊聽員嗎？好不容易睡著了，早上七點四十分的時候，旁邊的住家的狗，開始連續狂吠了半小時左右，這一間還有設定天然閙鐘？這是我有始以來，第一次在八、九點提早退房，還真是謝謝了…
