Need some improvement”
The good: the hotel is clean, well-maintained. Tried two of the restaurants, both were good. The hot spring is good, kids play area is decent. The bad: the so-called outdoor warm pool, is not warm at all. It's definitely only for summer. The kiddie tent bed is too small, and the bed quality is horrible that my daughter refused to sleep on it. Breakfast need some improvement as well, items are limited. Very little food for kids to enjoy.

今時今日都好少酒店有好既服務，呢間真係唔錯，沿途見到職員都會同客人打招呼，連花王叔叔都會停低打招呼。餐飲質素好高，台灣地道小食仲好食夜市，又可以坐得舒服涼住冷氣慢慢歎，早餐款式唔多，但味道幾好，蛋糕店蛋糕好好味，電視有baby TV俾小朋友，不足係冇床欄，整體非常好。

One of the best hotel to stay with kids”
We stayed 2 days at hotel in triple room. It’s one of the best hotel we stayed in Taiwan. So much to do in hotel, you can easily spent 2 days without going out. Restaurants are so good we went to vegetarian restaurant twice everything was so delicious. Cake shop and souvenir shop has so much to offer. We liked everything in the hotel, there facilities, ambiance ( one evening it has full rainbow in sky, lucky us) food, service and staff. Oh! People can judge by themselves how honest there staff is by reading my experience. I lost my gold ring yesterday evening while we were using swimming pool. I didn’t realize that ring was missing, in night when I saw my finger I realized it’s missing. It was already late in night so couldnot do anything. I slept late got up just before checkout time quickly we packed and head for checkout. At the desk after formalities I said I lost my ring yesterday at hotel, they said let us check and it was already at desk for the owner to find it. Can it be possible in any other place? In America my husband forgot his Fitbit watch in 5 star hotel room nobody called from hotel or any communications we lost it, same thing happened in Taiwan they contacted us and couruiered the stuff we left at hotel to our address. 👍

Everything is good! You need more than 2 days to experience everything in the facilities. Restaurant and convenient stores are a little bit pricey. Breakfast has few selection and almost same food everyday but still good.

Bad Breakfast ”
The breakfast is very poor. All cheap stuffs purposely to please the kids. I asked for a fried eggs but not available. They served only boiled eggs . No fried noodles and any other typical Chinese style breakfast. Very limited choice of drinks only with low quality coffee. The choices of fresh fruits are also limited. As a conclusion, this is a very lousy breakfast that I ever have in my life.

Love this hotel. Clean, and big. With many facilities within the hotel for guest to experience - mini golf, kids club, and some activities arranged by the hotel for kids. Would definitely recommend for those with kids.
