Dysfuntional toilet”
I book 2 rooms for a family of 4 people. Room 205 and 207. Toilet in room 205 is bad. The shower had no shower head and so cannot shower. My children had to use the toilet bowl faucet pipe to take their bath while seating on the toilet bowl because the length of the pipe cannot reach the body standing up. Really, really bad toilet. My room 207 have shower head, but there is a really bad smell coming from the toilet floor, smells like from the sewer. This hotel need to do maintenance on their toilets. Other than that the room is ok and clean. Location very near GM and convenient to go. When tired of walking around easy to go back to hotel and relax.

The room very smelly until it is hard to breathe..ask to change another room,the staff said it cannot be done since i have book the room from apps..fortunately the staff nice enough help us to rid the smell..

Pro: Location was superb. Walking distance to GM Klang, really good for shoppers. Eateries are plenty, easy to get halal & delicious food. Rooms are small but just enough to fit people. Ok for short stay. Got iron & outside room water heater. Put it short, you get what you paid. Cons: There were mouse in my room (5pax room). I saw one mouse straight away goes under our bed from the toilet and "munch" my packed food nearby the bed. There were bites mark on the food plastic, and they were definitely by the mouse. I screamed and we straight away went to the counter to report the issue. LUCKILY THE STAFFS ARE REALLY HELPFUL & THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER ROOM TO STAY. I APPLAUDED THEIR FAST ACTION after our reports. We were given a new room and during the night I was having uneasy sleep, afraid the mouse might come again, and luckily ok till morning. Maybe it's just that one room, and I was unlucky. I was writing this with the hope that the HOTEL CAN REALLY IMPROVE THE CLEANLINESS, by no means I'm shaming them through this. The hotel is in great location, friendly staffs. The only thing to improve is the CLEANLINESS.

I can have a very good hotel with the same amount. I stayed with my family. all the pictures are not the same as we arrived. so dirty. the pillow, the sheets, the bed, and the bathroom are so dirty. It is like they are not washing the bedsheets, they just like changing it. very poor. this is my first time and last time staying here.
