Great location ”

Having a last minute change for our trip to Melbourne we needed to find a new place to stay and stumbled across Experience Bella Serviced Apartments. At first I was a little worried after reading some reviews but the location and price was too good to pass up, who knows we might be surprised....and we were. The lady the reception was friendly and professional and check in was very quick. We stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe apartment on floor 32. The room has breathtaking views of the city and is even better at night. Room - very spacious, full fridge, oven, gas cook top, conventional microwave, dishwasher, tea and coffee and all of the utensils you need. Bedrooms are a good size with ample hanging space, beds are soft (I like a firm mattress) but that's not Bella's fault, I understand they have to try and cater for all of their guests. Bathroom, great size, perfect shower, shower water pressure is superb with endless hot water.

Location is great, apartment is neat & tidy, the beds were really comfortable and the view was priceless. We had made separate bookings for different days on our stay, not realising one was for a standard and the other was for a deluxe room but the staff kindly upgraded us to a deluxe room for the entire stay even without us requesting. A pleasant experience and we will definitely choose Bella if we return to Melbourne.

Have stayed at Bella before and was happy to return again. My partner and I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 1 night, as we had a musical booked. The apartment in is a fantastic location, 2mins walk from a side entrance to Crown Casino which you can use to cut through to Southbank. Unfortunately, there was no parking available at the hotel, (first come first serve basis), so we were directed to Crown parking, less than 5mins walk away. Make sure you park on the multi level, as this is capped at $21 for 24 hrs, compared to valet which is $50. Better still, join crown rewards (no cost) as I did, and you get 24 hrs parking for free upon joining :) The apartment itself has everything you need and is clean and comfortable, although the carpet could do with a good steam clean. The Balcony was wasted though as only had a view of the crown carpark and no privacy. Overall, Bella apartments is fantastic value for money, we booked a few months in advance for the best price.

This is a great trip for me, all good when i stayed on Bella service apartment. A very convenient location(Parking was easy at crown) and traveling, could easily find the asian, western food nearby. Hotel Reception staff were amazingly friendly. definitely will stay with Bella next trip to Melbourne.

Had nothing wrong with the apartment I stayed in. Housekeeping up to standards and the view was absolutely incredible! The bed was comfortable as was the couch. TV channels and Netflix worked a treat. The apartment is right next to Crown casino which is very convenient for those who wish to go there while their stay. It is a half hour walk to Melbourne Central CBD but the walk is actually really nice across the bridge into the city. Only CON that I would say about this complex is that when everybody is checking out at 10am, the lifts do take a fair bit to wait for, but anyone should expect to give themselves enough time to check out. I did wait for about 10 minutes for the lift to come to my level to check out - which I then decided to press the UP button which did take me up a few levels first but got me down faster. Would definitely stay again.

Family with Young Children”

Our stay with Bella Hotel Apartment was fantastic. Their rooms were spacious, we brought our two young children aged 1 & 3years old. There was so much space for my 1 year old to crawl around & play. The rooms were clean & there was kitchen area for me to cook their meals. Conveniently across the road there is a local grocery store & an Asian grocery store. At the lobby, there is a fantastic little cafe serving delicious breaksfast. Parking was $20Aud a day using their car lift system. Trams & buses all within walking distances, I would say it was a fantastic stay worth every penny! 👍🏼 Thank you! Check in/out was also very smooth and easy

Good location for shopping as it is very near to DFO South Wharf but out of free tram zone so it will cost you more to go to the city center. Big rooms, spacious and new apartment. Near Yarra River with cozy atmosphere. Only a minus as the curtain can not block light very well when you want to stay up late. Anyway, will choose Bella to stay again in my next visit to Melbourne.

Excellent service, nice hotel”

We were very pleased with our stay at Bella Hotel Apartment. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt and were though we arrived early we were able to gain access to the room which was wonderful. The apartment itself was modern and suitable for our short stay. Reception happily organised and assisted us with taxis etc. There is a convenience store close by and only a 5 minute walk to Crown Casino/Riverside/Southgate complexes and train stations. Embarrassingly, we left some clothing items in the wardrobe and we were very thankful to the staff for locating and having on hand for us to pick up the following day.

Outstanding Customer Service from front desk”

There are way too many hotel's these days that the front counter are just a vending machine for your key to your room. this is NOT the case with Bella Hotel Apartments. The Lady at the front desk was super friendly and made for a pleasant experience. Many Thanks! ;)

Excellent”

Excellent Location. We did not spend much time in the room. It was a two bedroom apartment and the rooms were bit smaller. We went early and were able to store baggages right away. This gave us the freedom to walk around the city. I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay right in Melbourne CBD.

My fav service apartments by far ”

Clean safe good value perfect location for my work helpful staffs and house keeping. Experience Bella service apartments will be always my favourite since my first stay in August 2016 I always coming back and the room still look as new as clean look actually the same in 2016 when my first stay. Well done Bella 😄

Excellent”

Great location. A bit tricky to find if its your first time in Melbourne. Front office staff is good. Housekeeping could use a little improvement. Our toilet wasn’t cleaned thoroughly even after telling the cleaner what needs to be cleaned. Its also nice to have a spare rubbish bin liner in case you need to empty the trash at night. Also, I asked one housekeeping guy if he could provide us an extra remote for the TV so we could use Netflix because the remote in the room is faulty but we didn’t hear anything from him after our conversation. But overall, for the price we got for our 2 bedroom unit, its still a great hotel.

Up high”

We had a great room up high looking over parts of the city. We could access the casino complex within 2 minutes of the Bella hotel and used this is our gateway to Southbank, restaurants and Melbourne City

centrally located. Close to everywhere I want to go by walk and tram. Staff was nice and accommodating. The apartment was clean, fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and a beautiful city view! Will book again when I visit Melbourne in the next couple of months!

Delightful surprise”

I am a contributor to TripAdvisor and made my booking before reading any reviews of the Bella Apartments. The reviews were quite negative and I thought I was in for a shock. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, spaciousness and location. I woul$ certainly make use of the apartments again.

Fantastic apartment but unhelpful staff”

When we arrived the staff were quite rude. They were both on the phone and didn't even acknowledge us. When they finally checked us in the room was nice but theee was a cable missing for the foxtel. They moved us to a better apartment which was beautiful. It was clean and had everything you would want. It was also well located and had great views. On checkout we again got a staff member who just wasn't interested. We left our bags to be stored and enjoyed the rest of the day around Melbourne. When we came back to collect our bags the lady on reception was lovely.

Big room right in the heart of city”

Big and very comfy room with washing machine. Great location to walk around in the city of Melbourne. The only complaint is there was a car parking in front of car elevator and blocked the way. We couldn't get out and it took hotel staff didnt do anything until we asked them to call police. We waited for long time until we had to figure our own way to move our car out of hotel car elevator.
