Cosy and good location ”
Accommodation is right next to bus terminal which is very convenient. Host was able to communicate in English and gave very clean instructions. Due to covid19, I was given an individual room despite booking for a shared room (which was really great as I book this quite last minute in my travel plans). You'll need to carry luggage up a flight of stairs but I'm okay with that. I love the area and it's near Jaraseom. Hope to go back to Gapyeong again :)

The guesthouse was easy to locate because it was just across the bus station. We enjoyed our stay here, it was clean and cozy. Leo was also nice and very accommodating. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends who’ll plan to visit Nami Island or Gapyeong.

the bus terminal is just a walking distance, guests feel like at own home, we can cook simple breakfast, bread & eggs provided; some kids playing stuff also available. information for the tourism objects, place to eat are complete. helpful host who was willing to inform the transportation mode, route, even bought the bus ticket. thanks a lot Mr. Leo.

Overall, our stay in Egg House Namisum was superb. The owner, Leo, was very nice and accommodating. My 13 year old son was more excited to go back to the hostel after a full day of traveling around Gapyeong. We will definitely come back here.

Just located opposite to bus station, where bus goes to Nami Island and couple of attractions. Staff is extremely friendly. Small rooms, good for budget travellers. I would still stay again in future if I visit.

Short but sweet stay at Egg House Namisum!”
As our agenda for staying in Gapyeong were only for the Railbike and ddakgalbi at Namiok, we stayed in Egg House for only a night. Despite it being a very short stay (we were barely in the room for 8 hours or so), the Egg House holds sweet memories which includes the playful kitten, the accommodating host who helped to haul our huge luggages up and down the stairs, and the nice ahjusshi at a nearby convenience store. For female travellers, rest assured. Although the host may be a guy and the other tenants are not all female (plus the concern over the common bathrooms), there's no worry in the security of this guest house. The people there are all very nice :) thus, we truly recommend Egg House Namisum for all those travelling to Gapyeong!

A Great Place”
I originally booked a 4-person bunk room but since there was no other person in the floor, I got upgraded to a single room without additional fee. My favorite part is there’s a heater! I was so happy to have a warm temperature despite outside being 5 degrees or less. It was easy also for taxis to go - you just mention Egg House and they’ll know. Only across Gapyeong terminal so I directly went to a city tour. A few minutes taxi from Gapyeong Station (about 3,000-4000 KRW) and Nami Island (4,000-5000 KRW). Laundry is free but no dryer. Breakfast - Bread, Jam, Coffee, Milk and Eggs. Owner was just a call away and I was able to leave my things after check out. Overall, I recommend people to stay here.

Comfortable and convenient guest house”
Egg House Namisum is comfortable and convenient. Gapyeong terminal and taxi stop are in front of the guest house and can walking around 5 mins to Gapyeong railbike. Can stay here for one day and go to different tourist attractions in Gapyeong and Chuncheon.

Best Place in Gapyeong”
Me and my friend Judith had a wonderful stay at Egg house Namisum. It was right smack in front of the bus station, and thus the perfect base to see what Gapyeong has to offer. The place is adequate and well equipped with the basic stuffs that you'll need when you travel. Leo, the host, was so helpful and informative. I was suprised that the guesthouse is very conveniently located at the front of bus terminal and taxi stand. I really liked the color of rooms with a cozy ambience. The guesthouse has a cute egg theme and designs. It is recommendable to stay overnight in Gapyeong if you want to beat crowds in Nami Island and take pictures with no photobombers. I will book a room here again if I will visit Nami Island.

super cute hostel”
This super cute hostel is located at the back of Gapyeong station. we went there straight from Incheon airport so location wise, I think this is the best choice. The room that we had is at 3rd floor which I think is more pleasant than in second floor exept that we have to carry our luggages Comfort rooms,hallways and our room were clean, bed is comfortable. Laundry room, and breakfast are is located at 2nd floor. Breakfast is DIY. eggs, milk, jams, bread, brewed coffee and instant coffee are provided. we personally did not meet leo but he is abrupt in answering all our questions in messenger even if its already late. Strategic location to stay in Gapyeong”
The owner upgrade us to 4pax room because we bring a kid. Simple self serve breakfast was served (bread, egg and milk). In front of hostel is the bus terminal, and taxi stand is right at the corner. It is very convenient to go Nami island with taxi (4,000 won) and with take Gapyeong tourist bus to Petite France, Garden of Morning Calm (6,000 won per day pass)

Perfect location, just next to the bus terminal. A ovely and lively russian blue likes playing with guests! It must be a good news for cat lovers! I would recommend nami island and garden of morning calm! Staying for 1-2 nights there, you may explore more about the nature around. If you book in advance online, you may have a ride on the rail bike. You will not regret visiting Gapyeong! Do not be rushed to return to Seoul!

Just beside Gapyeong bus terminal where one can actually get a direct bus from the airport inter city bus terminal (If Gapyeong city is your 1st stop). Also the bus terminal for Gapyeong City tour bus to Nami Island, Petite France, Garden of the Morning Calm and etc. Friendly staff, clean, cozy and eatery, convenient shop/supermarket is just around the corner. Recommended to stay.

Great experience! my first time in a hostel type accommodation”
Manager/staff Leo was very warm and helpful and spoke good English. He gave us good advice on the nearby resto and the tour bus that stops right in front of Egg house. Wish I could have stayed longer and explored Gapyeong more. I loved the color motif (yellow and orange) and the design elements all over the place - so cutesy Korean!. However, I was not used to having a shared bathroom so I found that a bit awkward... cleanliness of the sink on 3F and the stairwell can be improved. Breakfast was simple and self-service but I liked it. All in all, it was a fun and enjoyable experience!

The hotel is just beside of Gapyeong bus terminal. Really convenient to go Nami island, morning calm garden, and petite france in a day by Gapyeong tour bus... 6000 won per person.. 1 day pass.... guesthouse room also clean...and price is cheap.

Nice stay! 😊”
Place is just infront of the Gapyeong Bus Terminal (easy to find & get around places). The staffs were very warm and friendly, they helped us carry our bags up to our room and try to accomodate our needs whenever possible. Its quite cold at night (we were there in winter) so if guests decided to stay in, there are TV, korean games (pirate roulette, cards & etc) available at the lounge area. There were also Gapyeong brochures available at the counter, that has a list of places that are recommended for us to visit. Overall we had a nice stay at the hostel. 😊😄
