Eden Eco Village offers accommodation in Kampot, 11 km from Phnom Chisor. The resort features an outdoor deck that opens up to views of the river and guests can enjoy meals at the in-house restaurant or have a drink at the bar. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Some units offer a private balcony overlooking views of the river or garden. All rooms are equipped with solar power. En suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and an eco-toilet. You will find a shared lounge at the property. Guests have complimentary use of bicycles to explore the surrounding area or engage in a morning yoga session on the outdoor deck. Alternatively, guests can rent kayaks and tubes for water sport activities.

Amazing experience”
I happened to watch a video from YouTube from a couple talking about their stay in this Cottage of Eco Village, since then I'm dreaming about to stay there because it's just along the river in the forest under the palm trees, and I'm really into that vibe. After I checked in, I found the staff are very friendly though they don't speak English and the view just as what I expected and the whole night was a really cool, even chilland experienced a whole night storm, it's always my dream to stay a night in a cottage like this to hearing the heavy tropical rain and finally I made it. Thank you

Eco Paradise On Earth”
Loved absolutely everything about this place! The concept, the food, the cute little bungalows where you can jump to the river right from your porch! Free yoga class, bycicles and kayaks for guests, astonishing view and great vibe. Ended up not living it for our whole short Kampot stay. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Kampot and relax.

Beautiful location with amazing food and milkshakes. Take earplugs as there were some noisy boats in the morning but then most of Cambodia seemed noisy in the morning.

Basic but once in a lifetime accommodation experience”
Eden Eco Village offers fairly basic facilities, and is located 15-20 minutes out of town on a bumpy dirt road...but its a must do in Kampot. The breakfast was the best I had in Cambodia, and we loved our stay here. The waterfront bungalows are so relaxing and unique. We loved hanging about in our hammocks watching the amazing Kampot sunset. Plenty of kayaking fun and just a really relaxing escape. The bathroom is very basic! dirt floor and a 'pee only' bowl. There is a gorgeous shared outdoor shower which I loved, and shared toilets which are basic but do the job. This is a place you visit for a unique experience away from the world. The (free) morning Yoga class was fantastic also. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Kampot.

Very good and recommended for couple or small group.”
This bungalow is very good for those who want to relax and chill, sleeping next to the nature like river and trees. This is my first choice as always when I go to Kompot. Most importantly, I've once left out my valuable necklace and they contacted me back. This is a very good attitude and I'm really amazed and thankful. However, the road to the place is a bit rough to reach. Plus, we got disturbed by the sound of fishing boat in the early morning every time I stay there. However, I still go there as always.

An ok stay”
So I stayed here for a total of 4nights. It was not bad it was not great too. It was just an ok stay. Keep in mind that the location of this village is far from town and the way going here is terrible. But their riverfront bungalow rooms were perfect for photos. Im just kinda disappointed that the river was filthy. Too many plastics floating around the river. Would be nice if someone would maintain the cleaning of the river bcause it is really beautiful. I also I love the fact their wifi is great considering the location but it could have a spotty connection. The food was good and they offer free kayaks.

The cleanliness of room remains low as there was dust on the bed and in the fan provided. But the room shows the great view of river with a beautiful sunset and quiet environment. It’s a great for someone who is looking for a place to relax, and spending some time alone. The staffs are nice and friendly. Location is a bit hard and far from city center.

Place is far away from centre. Road to get there almost impossible to access, overgrown and specially rainy season pretty dangerous. Plenty of mosquitoes and mosquitoes net ripped. Maybe we went on wrong time of the year. Bungalows super eco maybe too eco for us with no access to water in toilet. Staff really nice and helpful. Was no issues when we decide to shorten our stay. Food was delicious and super fresh. That’s was a good part of our stay.

Food was great and the view from our river bungalow was amazing. Sadly though, it seems like this place may have changed since the other great reviews were posted. Definitely room for improvement in the upkeep of the facilities. I'm familiar with Cambodia and its people, and the staff at Eden were uncharacteristic of the culture I've witnessed before.

Beautiful spot, difficult to reach in the rainy season”
Beautiful spot, huts sit right on the river. Can’t wake up to a better view! Food is amazing, and healthy also. This spot is not for the faint hearted, however. Be aware that these huts are extremely basic (nevertheless they are extremely charming). The property is located quite far out of Kampot (great if you’re aiming for a secluded feel and Kampot river experience). The road leading up to the property is poor, be prepared for a bumpy ride. The little side road leading up to the property is inaccessible after heavy rain/in the rainy season. When we arrived we had to walk, in the dark, slipping and tripping in the mud (I was nearly knees deep at some point). Staff was not available to help us with our bags which made our arrival far less idyllic than I had imagined. I would stay again, but only in the dry season!
