Second time didn’t disappoint”
This was our second trip to the Dusit Thani. After a great holiday in June, we came back to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday and brought some friends. Despite the rain from a typhoon, there were still so many things that the kids and adults could do and we all had a blast. The concierge helped us order two birthday cakes and the surprise was seamless. On our last day at breakfast, a lovely woman named 钟美丹 came over to chat about our stay. She was so kind and even gave us free passes to the rooftop pool. Check out their official Wechat to become a member and for discounts on meal prices. Thank you for another memorable holiday!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable. Hotel could have more options for dining outdoors, by the pool. It was a bit complicated to order lunch and have it delivered by the pool.

Great holiday spot”
We went over a China holiday weekend knowing that it would likely be swarming with people. We were pleasantly surprised that because the resort is so big, we never felt crowded. Access to the beach was fabulous. It was so hot that the pools weren't always refreshing, but the cold ocean water was perfect. The beach is not a beach to lay out on a towel and sunbathe. It's rocky and tough on the feet at the top, but the sand is nice at the water. We enjoyed the water sports and felt prices were reasonable. 400 RMB for 10 minute pull in a raft by a jetski, 50 RMB for a short horse ride, 100 RMB for 10 mins on an ATV... obviously vacation prices, but they made the experience so fun for our family. There are not any pool side drinks or food, so you need to come prepared. Breakfast buffet was great. We had other meals outside on the street where seafood was fresh and the open air restaurants were great (again, holiday prices but more reasonable than all of us eating at the buffet dinner). The kids indoor area was awesome for our girls and a great way to get them out of the sun for a bit. Because it was our wedding anniversary, at check in they gave us a one-time pass to the infinity pool on the roof. Very special and very fun. We'll definitely be going back!

Great hotel with comfortable sea view rooms, perfect for a vacation. Special thanks to Shirley at the front desk for helping us book a cake, decorate the room, and allowing us to check out late. Very warm and welcoming.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Really good for younger kids, lots for them to do. I don’t think individuals and couples without kids would enjoy as much. Disappointed that some restaurants were closed and traffic to arrive was terrible.

We had a good stay, there are a lot of activities in the hotel, my kids love the swimming pool with floating obstacles. There are plenty of Dining options, I recommend to have the thai restaurant that is alacarte. Rooms are ok but a bit old. All in all it was good vacation in dusit thani.

Package Inclusion Issues with Pricing”
My reservation stated that it includes afternoon tea and alcoholic beverages, but when I checked in, the hotel said our price does not include them. I called Agoda's customer service for half an hour but no one answered. If it weren't for my travel credit, I wouldn't use this app anymore... They charged us for the amenities but then said they were not included! The hotel asked us to contact Agoda, but we couldn't get through to customer service after calling for half an hour!!! Terrible experience!!!

Not recommend it for couples. ”
I’ve been in many Dusit Thani in Thailand and Dubai and always good in every aspect. This time it was below my expectations. We had to request face, hand and floor towels,also no slippers only shower towels was in the room at check in. The room was below quality for what I expected for the price and for a Dusit. Also the bad wasn’t made after room cleaning. In my exchange with hotel stuff couldn’t find anyone that could speak English, thankfully my wife is Chinese and she could fix all the issues. Should have pay more attention to cleanest and if they don’t take care of the facilities soon will be looking old and dirty. Have good pools and the sky pool in my opinion should age restricted for kids. The gym is actually good for a common workout but lack of supervision makes it impossible to do a workout, too many kids running around and some hotel gets just walking thru and bad behave in the gym. Hope never have an accident with some kids. Breakfast buffet below average quality. Dinner buffet average for the price.

When coming down from GZ-Huizhou highway, somehow Baidu GPS went via X213 (suggest go via X210) highway to the hotel. Bad and unfinished roadworks, (uneven, muddy, rocky, etc.) suitable for SUV only. Those driving to Huizhou area also have odd/even plate restriction (minus points and penalty) in July & Aug. Upon check-in, took longer than normal as they have to take picture of each guest, etc. people purchasing buffet meals also was accommodated and cut in even while doing checkin procedures. Hotel room is quite okay, big and facing the sea though some areas like windows, glass door, not properly cleaned. One English TV channel. Beach: hotel easy access, decent and clean, .and not too many people. Pool: quite big and few areas like kids area with slides, infinity pool, upper deck pool, etc. At night beside the hotel beach area(maybe only Saturday and Sunday), locals put BBQ dining area with Karaoke (out of tune and loud) and occasional fireworks. Overall: good place.

Hardware is good but software is poor! Staff not quality enough, impolite and inefficient and the most restroom at the public area are disgusting, very bad management! I’m fan of Dusit Thai, apparently not this one.

全体的に良いと思いました”
19年4月に家族で投宿。車で行ったのですがちょうど4／5日から恵州ナンバーの車は下一桁の番号が偶数の場合偶数日、奇数日は奇数日通行可能になりなんとか裏道を辿りホテルへ到着、車で行く場合注意が必要に思います。さて、ホテルはとても新しく施設も綺麗でスタッフも熱意があり好感が持てます。部屋からの眺めはとてもよくベットから海が見え、静かだったので夜は波の音を聞きながら眠りに落ちました。朝食は混んでいましたがそれなりに場所も広く取られ美味しくいただけたので合格です。夕食は美味しそうな食事と思われましたがローカル海鮮食堂へ、、ビーチは綺麗にしています。砂は大粒で波は高めでした、波打ち際で遊ぶのには適していると思われましたが、安全指導員などがおらず子供ときていた我々は少し心配になりました。道路事情が良くなれば再訪はありです

人少感觉舒适”
这次入住因为人很少各方面都感觉很舒适，但是因为供水问题使用水都有咸味，而且水上乐园没有开放孩子觉得比较遗憾。当时退房有一事让我觉得很惊讶，刚出房门就是倾盆大雨，碰到酒店主管王竹青，让我们回房休息下等雨停还给我们送来饮用水，怎么说呢，感觉心里很暖！希望你们越来越好，我也会多多来玩！

周六日入住1300💰的價格。實在性價比太低。辦理入住等待久。房間地板已經長滿霉菌。廁所淋浴房設計別扭。房間設計太差了。泳池設施部分已經老化生鏽有部分區域確實很髒很臭。沙灘髒到是無法下去游泳的。除了早餐還好一點以外。這家酒店不會再有下次。同樣是檀悅。豪生反而會好一點。。。希望酒店多多做好維護設施吧。。

宝宝一周岁生日，一进房间就看见酒店做的生日布置，宝宝和家人都超级惊喜和开心，宝宝生日当天还送了生日蛋糕，真的不能更满意了！预定的双人套房180度无敌海景，每个房间都是套房，有独立的洗浴间，对于2个家庭出游的需求来说非常舒适和有私密性。Housekeeping响应很迅速，并没有像之前评论说的服务不好。酒店配套的游泳池超大，很有娱乐性。宝宝太小不能出国，但是也感受了一趟泰国的风情。推荐！
