It's a nice boutique hotel near Feng Jia night market, very clean and comfy beds & pillows and a small dining table. We loved the fact that everything was self served, no physical key to carry but use the QR code room key , and the cute delivery robot that delivered your food orders from lobby to your room. We actually made a few orders just to film how it worked and followed it around. Even my teenage kids loved it. Will definitely come back again.

Friendly staff but room is not clean”
Male staffs are friendly but one female staff is not. Request for non smoking room but the room we got is full of smell. If they claim non smoking room and not allow guests to smoke inside the room, they should really inspect well. Bedsheet isnt clean and found other’s hair on bed. Location was really good and not that noisy (5th floor). Overall we wont come again

Over rated small boutique hotel； The hotel is an unmanned hotel, over priced, no breakfast. We booked a 2 double bed room which can fit 4 people. Shower gel was only good enough for 2. With showering Day and night as the standard. We asked for more shower gel and we were questioned why we needed more. And nonetheless, the room I asked to vacuumed on the first day which was not done properly even I have mentioned the room was dusty. The room only looks clean from the outside but it was dusty ( we all got allergies the next day). Please see picture as reference. I travel a lot and this hotel definitely does not worth $130 US dollars a night

NO STAFF. DIFFICULT TO GET REQUEST”
There were no staffs in this hotel, and when the toilet has a really bad sewage smell, they did not allow us to change room as they said that night was fully booked. the smell was so bad that we could smell it from the bedroom! they said that they will try their best to fix it. I asked what is the contingency plan if the sewage problem cannot be solved, and all they said was that they will try their very best. Are you serious? So after getting their plumber down, they realised that the problem couldn't be fixed on time, and hence they gave us a new room. I thought there was no available room in the first place? We had to wait for a few hours because of this, why couldn't they just change our room in the first place?

Very high tech hotel near Fengjia night market ”
Check-in at the hotel via the touchscreen menu. Assistance is on-standby if u face any issue. The room is big enough for 2 persons. Everything is as per photos shared on the page. Hotel is near to bus stop, otherwise u can stop at maple valley, then walk 700m to hotel. It is located at the old shop-lot and might not be easy to be spotted. There is a family mart few steps away. ChaoMa Bus station is around 1.3km where we took our bus to Taipei station. We will definitely come back again. The only weakness is small wardrobe.

First 👍 is the location of the hotwl as it is very near Fengjia NM(5-10mins walk) and just across the bus stop going to Taichung THSR Station. The room ia elegant and very spacious, 👍👍 that the sink is separated from the toilet and the shower area. Very comfortable bedding. Very generous lights and sockets. We had difficulty in checking in only but was address accordingly. Hence overall our stay is 👍👍👍👍

Decent Hotel with Reasonable Price”
Everything is good about this hotel. The only cons is that there is no staff and need to self check in. Everything is very high tech and facilities provided are beyond the price paid. This is my second stay here and will still be back to this hotel on my next trip. Location is very near to FengJia night market about 5 to 6mins walk. Room is very clean and bed is bery comfy. With such a price, there is really nothing for me to complain about.

Destination is good , near to Feng Jia night market. The bus stop just few minutes walk and you can reach to any destinations by taking the bus. Will stay at this hotel again when next visit to TaiChung!

Decent Budget Hotel”
Stayed at more than 20 hotels in Taichung over the past 3 years and this is the first self checking in hotel that I encountered in Taichung or anywhere in Taiwan. Took a while to figure out how to get the QR key code. Room is clean and it is not too far from the night market. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. This is a good budget hotel.

Hotel room is nice and comfortable. Excellent location as the hotel near Family mart which is very convenient if you want to get supper in late night. 8 minutes walking distance to Feng Chia night market. A lot of food choices surrounding. The only disadvantage is my room toilet has bad ventilation. It smells bad when I enter my room. Other than this, overall is ok. I will still come back for the stay! Recommended! Food delivery robot is a plus point ;)

Our first time to stay in self-service hotel. Both of us enjoy the stay. It is very easy and convenient for self-checking in and out. We received the code for checking in the night before our flight. The room was clean and all the necessary facilities are provided. Walkable distance to night market. We are so happy for choosing this hotel though it was just a short stay. (it is not suitable for people who have "high expectation" on concierge service)

Love this hotel so much!!!! Is an automated hotel which we check in and out by ourselves. The room was superior and very clean. Tv could move forward and table is very big that enough space for us to have our lunches and dinners. There is a nearby convenience shop which i remember is a 3shops beside. DEFINELY RECOMMENDED
