Brand new hotel in Kobe. Rooms were spacious, breakfast buffet was varied daily & delicious! Location was excellent & close to shopping areas. Transportation was right across the street from the hotel. Soaking in their onsen after a day of shopping was great too!

The hotel is quite a walk from sannomiya station. But the hotel is right in the middle of everything you need to see on a day in Kobe. Hotel is right next to Chinatown so there is an abundance of eateries and shopping spots and is on the path of Kobe Loop.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Areaone Kobe, its location is very tourist friendly since its walking distance to many establishments and train station. The staff are very helpful and the food are delicious. Though the room area is small is not a big factor since it's very clean and cozy. We will surely book this hotel again when we visit Kobe.

Room was decent size for the price and very clean. Kettle is horribly slow, but they provided free tea and coffee, mugs and bar fridge.
