“The water is just not being dealt with...”
This stay was truly the worst. It looks nice and seems easy to stay in, but the quality of service and the maintenance of the facilities are terrible. What surprised me first was the treatment of staff regarding personal information. Passport copies were haphazardly scattered on the staff's desks, and personal information was completely unprotected. Furthermore, the issues with the facilities were the worst. The sink and toilet became clogged in the middle of the night and became unusable. I immediately sought help from the staff, but they did not respond at all. Reluctantly, I asked a cleaner for help, only to be met with a displeased expression, which was quite unpleasant. It is also far from the airport and inconvenient to access. Above all, the staff's response was very cold, and they did not support us at all during our troubles throughout the stay. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to foreigners. Hardly any English was spoken, and we desperately tried to communicate using a translation device. Even then, the staff maintained a cold attitude. If you want to avoid troubles and have a comfortable trip, please do not choose this hotel. We will never stay here again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
