Good for traveller who like to stay at a boutique hotel in a good location”
Th staff need to improve their service especially who serve breakfast for guests. Breakfast lack variety.

Not a option for International Travellers”
We stayed 3 nights in tis hotel with our 2 kids (9 and 7 years old). Beside a big issue we had with the booking (which I think is a big mistake of Agoda, that basically permitted me to book a room for 4 people when the room did not have double beds for my kids nor the space for them to sleep in added temporary bed nor a king room to permit at least one of the two kids to sleep with me and my wife - while the other could sleep in kind of little sofa ...), I have to say the hotel had to big problems: 1. the staff does not speak English and we had huge issues to communicate with them (they were using an app to translate everything from Chinese to Eng and viceversa. But the communications was very slow and difficult. Not admittable for an hotel that sells its services on Agoda, Booking, etc .... 2. we bought a room with breakfast, but the breakfast was so poor that I do not even may say it was a breakfast ... when we asked for some bread, jam, yoghurt or honey, we just got some honey ...

乾淨/服務良好,但其他方面有很大改進空間”
這次旅遊前預先詢問了飯店是否有台灣插座,飯店居然回覆沒有要自帶轉接頭,但到了當地發現其實是有的,飯店專業性不足,對自己的飯店不夠了解,實在需要加強訓練,否則容易造成客人的困擾. 服務人員的態度大致上都不錯,飯店也乾淨整齊,但早餐的確有些不足,7點半開放到10點,若9點去吃,很可能多項單品沒了就不補充,在客人認知中若是採取自助式的早餐,理應要完備到客人真的用完餐,而不是以東西沒了來回應,否則何不如就提供一份為單位的早餐呢?!
