“Adequate for a short stay”
We booked the Cube8Teens Flamingo Suite by NestHome (Insta-Neon), the listing photos and title suggested a vibrant, modern, and visually appealing space. Unfortunately, the actual room did not resemble the pictures at all, which was quite disappointing. The mismatch between what was advertised and what we experienced made the stay feel underwhelming from the start. Overall, our stay was pleasant. The cleanliness of the room was commendable — no dust, no stray hairs, and no stains anywhere. The towels were fresh and had a clean scent, and all the basic amenities were provided, which we appreciated. That said, there are some areas that could use attention. The room shows signs of wear and tear, and the toilet appeared quite dated, with some grouting coming off. Unfortunately, the toilet bowl became choked on our last night, which was the most disappointing part of the stay. While the staff were apologetic, we ended up spending two hours waiting for the issue to be resolved, in the end, it was not resolved — but the time we couldn’t get back. With some maintenance and upgrades, especially to the bathroom facilities, this could be a much more comfortable and hassle-free stay. For the price, I feel it is not worth it.

“Cozy & Clean Apartment”
Went for a short trip with my wife and decided to book a unit here for a night. The host is very responsive and provided detailed steps for contactless card collection. Check in process was very smooth. The unit has a modern minimalist concept and cleanliness is tiptop. It's equipped with a Smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix/Youtube; etc. The king bed is super cozy too. The balcony is small, but it's not really an issue for us. Our unit is facing the lake/quarry (not really sure what it is) and an abandoned building which is a good thing because it's facing away from the main road so itd

“Nice to rest for a trip to Johor Bahru”
This place is highly recommended if you need a a place to stay at. Althought it is quite far from the city center, but nearby has a lots of good food restaurants indeed. The bed was very comfortable, the living area is very chill and relax, and the bathroom was clean. Overall is a good accommodation for me

Stayed at Cube8Teens by NestHome a few times. The security guards here are friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and has all the things that we need. The customer service also replied very fast to our queries. We will definitely come here for our next stay again!

“Regretted”
Very noisy from the road outside, I barely slept. Water heater gives only slightly warm water unless you turn the mixer to the lowest. Silly design for having sliding window for the bedroom, allowing noise to easily enter, affecting my sleep. When I entered, there was only 1 aircon remote, when there is 1 aircon in living room and 1 in bedroom. Living room aircon also has a whining sound. I paid more than 265 Ringgit/night for this. Do also take note that the check out time on the listing is 11am instead of 12pm. Staff were responsive.
