Overall ok, only the bath towel provided is not acceptable. Please change to the cotton bath towel, there many cheap quality cotton bath towel at Shopee.

Even though this is a budget hotel. The quality of sleep is still the main considerstion for a good night's rest. The mattress used in the room (I stayed at the twin room with window) is of extremely poor quality one that you will sink in the middle. There is a restaurant right next door, and I believe the kitchen and cleaning works until 2am, yelling and screaming and creating all kinds of noise. This again negatively impacts sleep.

Travelled with young kids and taken family room. The room was very dirty with hair on the bedsheet. The towel is look very low quality and cheap. Small piece of cloth used as leg wipe. The lobby setup not really as you seen in the pictures. No any facilities in the room except small 22in TV. Not recommended.
