Hotel great location. ”
The hotel is in the perfect location and well recommended. The rooms were fantastic and well worth the price. The breakfast was absolutely atrocious and I would not recommend getting this included in the room rate . It was a complete vegetarian breakfast not even bacon with omelette etc. the chef and the breakfast staff need lessons on how to treat people as they were abrupt and extremely rude. The check-in staff were outstanding and respectful to our needs . Concierge were brilliant with assisting in tours and directions. All in all fab place to stay and it’s imperative to stay here as it’s right in the train station which is the most important form of transport which makes this easy . Again everything was great just not breakfast

Exceptional”
Have been to Tel-Aviv many times. First time staying at this hotel. Great location in the heart of Tel-Aviv. Easy to get anywhere from here. A lot of food options in the mall Next door and close to the Sarona market. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating which is not always the case in Israel. Would stay here again.

There is no pool for children in the hotel!”
According to the web-site we thought there is hotel pool that is open also for children. We were very disappointed to find out pool is part of Holmes Place and not in the hotel and allowed only for 18 years old and above!

Visiting Israel for the first time”
Since first visit to Israel i thought play it safe and goto the crowne plaza city centre. Checkin no one is there this was around midnight i had to wait until the receptionist arrived 5-7 mins no apology. Breakfast time staff were much better however the food wasn't you would think for 900 shekels a night you could get an omellete or a poach egg, not here you can't Checkout i asked for a taxi to the bus station i was traveling to Haifa, a different receptionist this time she had no idea where the biggest bus station in i believe the middle east was, that wasn't an issue but the same receptionist not being able to order me a taxi was an issue, i ended up installing Gett taxi and ordering myself. So unhelpful she couldnt be bothered Very poor first impression i won't be back in this hotel thats for sure.

Racist! Don’t even deserve a star!”
First, we stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. When we arrived at the hotel no one even helped us with our luggage. The staffs are so unwelcoming, if you are an Asian especially Filipino, they will look at you from head to toe and make a face like we don’t afford to stay at the hotel. Upon checking in, they will ask for 200NIS per night as deposit and told us “This is for whatever you will broke or stole” this is his exact word! I just let it pass as I don’t want to ruin my vacation. Every time me and my brother will enter the hotel after a very tiring day, they will not allow us to enter the hotel immediately, they will search for our keycards if we are really staying in the hotel. Yes, its ok to search, but they search for only us Filipinos, they will not check for white people. Our stay at the hotel is HORRIBLE due to your mean staffs! Your room also doesn’t seem to be a 5 star room, not even in the level of 3 star hotel in Dubai. We stayed in your hotel to relax not to be judge for being Asian.

Dear Angelo We are very sorry to read that you left our hotel so unhappy with your stay. We strive to make each stay pleasant and comfortable and it saddens us a lot when we do not succeed. Racism of any kind is not acceptable in our hotel - as you know, we have guests from all over the world and our team is also very diverse and represented by people from different continents. Our belief is that each person and each guest should be treated with dignity and respect. There are some procedures that should be followed strictly, such as a security check in the entrance to the hotel. I am very sorry you feel you were selected on purpose for those procedures, but it was never an intention. Let me once again apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Best Regards Medea, Guest Relations
Beautiful hotel rooms in the center of the city”
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was overall a really nice stay. The location was great because it was in the center of town and really close to a lot of public transportation. The room itself was very modern and clean with a beautiful view of Tel Aviv's tallest buildings. The bed was really comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning! The indoor pool was nice and the jacuzzi was great. The sauna however was only in the girls or the boys bathroom, so I was unable to go in the sauna with my husband. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety of cheeses, salads, desserts and hot food. The service was very good and the waiters were very kind. Among all the hotels in the Tel Aviv area, this had the best deal. The price included breakfast and the indoor pool/jacuzzi/sauna. Overall I had a great stay here and would come back again!

Benefits of City centre while close to Waterfront”
Short one night stay, but great. The room is perfect and had all what we wanted. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Tel Aviv waterfront (about 4 kms away). The waterfront is one of the must visit places in Tel Aviv. Excellent staff attitude in the hotel. Will go back to this hotel if visit Tel Aviv again.

Newest hotel in Tel A Viv”
if u want the modern and new hotel in this area, stop looking others. this is the best and newest hotel in the area. u want beach access, stay others but in town for business and shopping, this is it. i stayed most of hotels in tel a viv and this is the newest hotel in the area. The only issue was the concierge that are not friendly and helpful but other than that, breakfast and sushi bar was good experience. just like the any other hotels in israel, during saturday shabba time, not much to eat so be ready on saturday or avoid this time

Very good”
The key personal in the hotel reception was Ben. He spoke perfect issues. The Others were clueless. I am a platinum IHG member the first person that was dealing with us made no effort. No upgrade options were mentioned, no access to member club...she gave us a standard page of hotel activities and that was it. Since I was in quite a few IHG hotels in Israel I was totally surprised. Overall the hotel is modern, well equipped amd close to a great mall. It is surprising that there are no public computers and printers to print you boarding pass. It will be nice if the hotel had a frig instead of mini-bar. Overall the hotel gets an high score due superb facility, location, cleanliness and design. Ben at the reception is a star and should train the others what IHG & customer service is all about. Personally I prefer a Gym (even a small one ) within the hotel.

I like the location, the hotel is surrounded with public transportation, mall and supermarket. when you traveled with kids, you need to be close all of them, in case my kid needs food. The area is safe and you can go anywhere by walking around.

Apart from small delay at checkin, due to computers being down (certainly not their fault) every thing went very smoothly. No need to to contact anybdy with queries as everthing worked as you would expect in a hotel of this class.

Good hotel”
I was there over weekend and the restaurant was closed for sabbath. The mall next to the hotel is also closed. It was very convenient during weekdays. There were many restaurants but had to walk about 10 minutes. Breakfast was very good but also closed on sabbath.
