Enjoyable Stay - Loved it all”
new hotel, as always crowne provides great amenities and very comfortable bed & pillows. only trouble we find during our stay was the toilet that couldn't flush twice within our 4 nights. however the housekeeping was quick to solve the problem without hassle. location wise, the hotel is close to industrial sites - which is good for us. it's quite far from city, but the hotel provided a free shuttle bus every 2 - 3 hours to jusco & walmart. all staff are polite and courteous, although would be nice if they speak and listen better english

Best Hotel in Huizhou”
Greeted by very friendly front desk staffs on arrival. The hotel is so nice we extended our stay for extra 2 nights. Initially we had a little trouble matching the price we paid on Agoda for the extra nights but the duty manager Jerome Wong quickly resolve the matter. We was so happy and left a generous tip on check out!

Very New Hotel but location still in development”
Hotel room is brand new. Room is spacious & very comfortable bedding & toilet. Free Wifi in room & at lobby. Great breakfast buffet. Except because is far too new, some parts of hotel are still under renovation. There is nothing around the hotel, but across the room there are an entire stretch of developments seems preparing for shops to be open. I think it should takes like 6mths to complete.

Room is clean and big especially the bathroom, quiet environment and three restaurant. Customer service is very nice and even offer a wellcome fruit to us. I highly recommended this place to live without hesitation.

Difficult Communication”
This was my first visit for 3 years since pre-Covid and the quality of communication in English has deteriorated. Room service is now online with payment by WeChat pay but if no WeChat pay trying to order over the phone is impossible and means someone from the restaurant coming to the room with a translator. A call asking for bottles of water resulted in a glass being brought to the room and a vegetarian ordering pasta in the restaurant specifically without meat waited 30 minutes for a meat sauce pasta. However generally the rooms are clean, food is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful despite the language issues.
