Our one night stay at Crown Metropol was to attend a function within the Crown Casino Complex, and the accomodation added an extra bit of luxary to the night. The hotel is based in an excellent location, providing easy access to the both the Crown complex, and Melbourne CBD. I would highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to staying again in the future...

Modern hotel with professional service”
The Metropol is one of my favourite hotels to stay at in Melbourne. Lovely swimming pool boasting stunning views of Melbourne and everything you need at your doorstep, shopping, restaurants (casual to fine dining), public transport and loads of entertainment within the Crown complex (casino and one of Melbs biggest entertainment venues). There's also a convenience store across the road. Can come and go as you please and there's plenty of privacy. The hotels rooms are very modern and spacious.

Had an enjoyable stay at Crown Metropol. The location is fantastic and a walkable distance to Melbourne CBD. The infinity pool on the 27th floor was a nice touch, although lots of screaming kids did sour the mood a bit. Staff were helpful and professional, always welcoming with a smile. Can't fault anything really about the hotel.

Exceeded my expectations”
The Crown has a very good reputation, so I thought I would try them for my latest stay in Melbourne. They exceeded their reputation in my opinion. From the moment I arrived the staff were very attentive and friendly, the hotel was clean and beautifully designed, the room service was quick and the food was delicious. The location is great, attractions are at your door step, trams to the city are a short walk away. I would highly recommend staying at the Crown Metropol as I intend to stay with them again.

Our stay at the Crown Metropol Hotel in Melbourne was very enjoyable. We found that it catered for a range of age groups allowing choices of how to spend time within the hotel. We found the staff at the hotel to be very friendly and helpfull. We dined at three restaurants, all serving very delicious meals. We would recommend the hotel to our friends for a short stay whilst in Melbourne.

Very spacious room”
My stay at the Crown Metropol way without doudt excellent . The hotel is in a great position in central Melbourne. Other great features are that there is many restaurants near by with many shopping outlets close by aswell. The room itself was very clean and had a great view. I will absolutely by staying here again and will be recommending the hotel to family and friends. Thanks again for the experience.

great rooms but a littlle far from cbd”
The whole stay was great. Since we got 4 adults. This was probably the best deal, bcoz crown allows 4 ppl in a bedroom(2queen size bed). Only complain is the general location. As this crown metropole resides at the very end of the crown casino strips. Otherwise it would have been the best hotel in Melbourne.

WOWWW Jawdropping stuff!! ”
Stay 3 nights at Crown Metropol and it is mind-blowing. I pay per night at worth every penny. Room is big but not sure about bathroom. In my opinion, when you have spent million and million of dollars to built a hotel, might as well put an extra effort on bathroom designs because it's kind of plain and ordinary. However, I'm not too disappointed because satisfied with the rooms, bed is very comfortable. Location is just few tram stop from CBD. And tram stop is just across the road. So it's very convenient. If you go to level one, there's a bridge that takes you to the Casino, Village Cinema and Shopping outlets, although not many (including brands like LV, Prada). Then from the Casino, they have amazing restaurants inside and outside the casino and also food court. Food court meals are also delicious. Overall I'm very satisfied with my Stay at Crown Metropol

Fantastic experience”
Our stay was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The pool and spa area on 27th floor have spectacular views over the city. We have stayed a few times at Crown Metropol and it is definitely our favourite hotel ion Melbourne.

can't get enough of the metropol! rooms are huge, modern and comfortable. hotel is located within walking distance of all of melbourne's attractions and connected by walkway to crown casino. pool level is amazing and room service can't be beaten. my favorite hotel in melbourne by far.

By the River”
This is a modern futuristic hotel and the room is of a very high standard and services excellent. The hotel connects very well to the neighbouring Crown Casino - which is much more than just a casino but with features like cinemas, shops, an international food court, decent indoors and outdoors cafes and restaurants, etc, alongside the South Bank of the Yarra River which is full of activities. It is also within walking distance of the National Gallery of Victoria - an excellent museum - and the Melbourne Aquarium. Tram stations are very close by and one can easily get into other parts of town.

Crown Metropol is one of the best hotel I have ever used and it gave me good memory about Melbourne, I have a pitty, I haven't got any chance to use its breakfast. All my travel goes to airport early next morning.

A relaxing getaway”
This was our 3rd stay at Crown Metropol and once again it did not disappoint. From arrival staff provide a friendly, welcoming experience & a seamless check in. Rooms are well appointed, beds very comfortable and there are plenty of options to eat & drink well within the Crown complex. My wife also enjoyed some treatments at the Isika spa which she described as heavenly. We would not hesitate to recommend Crown Metropol & look forward to our next visit.

The Crown Metropol is a lovely motel. The rooms are well maintained and modern.If you are going to the casino it is perfect but if you are visiting the city it is a little far out, you need to make use of the Melbourne Trams. Overall i give it a 4/5.

Fantastic hotel and great location.”
it was my husband's 50th birthday and i wanted to take him somewhere special as a surprise. i put the address in the gps and he followed the directions. the build-up was worth it. the hotel is sleek, clean and friendly. the room was beautiful and felt luxurious. i had told the staff it was my husband's birthday and please give us a room with a great view and they were happy to comply. plus we got a knock on the door sometime after we arrived and were treated with a bottle of champagne and chocolates compliments of the house... that was a really nice touch and very much appreciated. we loved our stay at the crown metropol.

Relaxing, comfortable & enduldging.”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the crown metropol. The hotel boasts its great architectural design in every detail. The room was a great size with lovely finishes of the design and presentation. It had a great view of the city of southbank and a comfortable bed with a stunning bathroom. The service from the staff was impeccable. We were so impressed when we got back to our room later to find a complementary bottle of champagne and chocolates. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

I recently stayed two nights at the Crown Metropol Hotel. The room was beautiful and very clean with a great view of the city. So close to awesome shopping, restaurants and entertainment.The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't want to leave!! The only negative would be that our room was not ready even though we arrived more than half an hour after available check in time. I would absolutely recommend staying there and I am hoping to stay there again in the near future.

Gorgeous Hotel”
Wife and i spent one night at the Crown Metropole, and regretted that we didnt stay longer. The rooms are sizeable and very comfortable. Its located on the furthest end of the Crown Entertainment Complex (closer to the South Melbourne side). Thats good as its away from the busy crowds you notice on the main part of the complex. But, it is quite a walk to the lovely restaurants that is housed in the Crown complex.
