They helped me booked my transportation and my tours. I am definitely recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. The location is just exactly where i want to be;...

The hotel is not up to other Double tree hotels standards. Rooms are not that big, but clean. Do have smokers rooms and in the lobby you can smoke too. The management are too rules focused and really do not understand customer service. The bellboy, David, has excellent service skills and should definitely be given employee of the year, he was excellent. Management...

It's is in center of the city so everything is acessible secondly even the staff are so friendly and helpful that you can really not feel that you having the difficulty of language.

The location is the only good thing about this property. The curtains do not cover all of the window, there are gaps in the Windows so a lot of noise comes through at night. The staff are rude and incredibly unhelpful. They pre charged my card, despite having selected pay cash on arrival and tried to charge for early check in without informing us of this. 100% avoid th...

Even when staying in Yerevan, this property is well worth considering as it is only 30 minutes away. It is run by a NGO, has the nicest, kindest and most efficient staff I have seen in a hotel in Armenia, offers delicious food, and has nice spacious rooms. Furthermore, the value is outstanding. I am seldom that enthusiastic about hotels but this property is a must-sta...

I will give 5 star for the location. I gave only 4 star because as every other places if you purchased your room with an offer they will give you a room without a view. Not a biggie but they should at least ask if you prefer a nice view or an upgrade. The hotel is very nice and cozy and it's ideally located next to the city centre. I walked from the hotel to the majis...

For the price, this has to be one of the best places I've ever stayed at if not the best. When I was shown my spacious room, I thought it was one of the common rooms. I couldn't believe I had such a nice room for such a low price. But the staff really make it such a find. Ask anything, and they will go to all lengths to help you. Any help you need with your stay, they'...

I have been to a few hostels in Armenia on my last trip. And I would say Inter Hostel was the best of all. They seemed to know what they were doing. I think I will stay there again next time I am in Yerevan. One small wish is a little bit better breakast. I will keep my fingers crossed for your future endeavors. An F.I.T from S. Korea.

I chose this hotel which had excellent reviews. Unfortunately my experience was very different. It started at check-in where the female receptionist refused to have the man next to her and doing nothing carry our luggage from the car to the room. The room itself was a mix of a basic old fashioned motel and a hospital room. The mattress was uncomfortable and the shower ...

I was recommended to stay at this hotel by a business partner. The hotel is not really new and looks a bot old fashion but I spent four days there and my stay was good. The staff at the reception could not find my registration but they were very easy and when I spoke with a person from the reservation department the day after everything was fine. Breakfast was very goo...

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The room were spacious as described online. Staff was friendly and guided us when i inquired . Only advise would to have variety in breakfast option . Have name tag for each dish so guest are aware what they are eating .

Location of the hotel stood out to me. It's very convenient as it is in the city center. The room is satisfactorily clean but could be improved more. I really like my room because of the balcony with the park and city view. Breakfast is OK. All in all the hotel is good if you're on a budget but wants to stay in a comfortable hotel.

Really appreciated when i checked in at 6:00am, and leave another day at 6:00am without extra charge. A small lift working so if you carry heavy luggage, it will be ok. At least two of the staff could speak English (Trust me, you cannot find much people can speak English in this country) Staff is helpful in answering transport question, e.g. nearby metro station, mashr...

Central located boutique hotel with a over the top design (Marcel Wanders meets aging Phillip Stark), maybe not everyones cup of tea, but daring different. Very clean. Great bathroom, good shower. I stayed in this hostel for 4 days and it was lovely. The place is peaceful, not crowded and very clean. The breakfast is always nice and they serve healthy food. The staff are also nice. Good place to for short and long travel in Armenia. Highly recommended.

We found our Armenian Mum! From the moment we entered Marietta’s guesthouse, we were „adopted“ as her children. She continuously hugged and kissed us and made everything to make us feel welcome. Her hospitality was outstanding and far more than we would have ever imagined! The rooms are traditional, authentic and have everything you need. The location in Goris is perfe...

Clean, spacious hotel with good price, within walking distance to Ski ropeway. Supermarket is a bit far, about 15 minutes walk. I would recommend this hotel for those who loves skiing. But if you have young children, it is tiring to carry them to the entrance of ski ropeway, unless you hire a taxi going there which is difficult to find. Not much choices for breakfast,...

Alva hotel is located closer to the ropeway. We enjoyed couple of nights stay, rooms were clean and staffs were courteous. Only reception staffs speak English, otherwise it was difficult to manage. At winter this location would be awesome.

We arrived 1 am and the staff were very welcoming and happy to assist us although the apartment is 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel itself. We even tried to tip the bell boy but he desisted and its fine. The only concern since it's an apartment is the security. There is no concierge or guard at the apartment so anyone can roam inside the apartment. But everything else...

The sorroundings was not cozy but once you get inside the hotel, you'll love to stay again. If you stay here please request for Artur as your driver to tour you around Yerevan. He's very nice, helpful and accomodating. You'll never want to leave Yerevan. 👍

It was the most awesome experience. Hovhannes, the owner of the hotel, gave us the best service and he took care of everything from the first day we arrived until we checked out from the hotel, was always in touch, interested in our impressions and wishes. Just off a side street to Republic Square, the hotel is basic but comfortable, the breakfast buffet is so-so but serviceable. Though some problems cropped up with parking outside the hotel and wifi, the staff were super friendly, solved things quickly and offered a discount for the trouble without hesitation.

The hotel has a great location, every destination is close by. The staff is amazing, especially the girl at the reception who spoke german in between :-) (not able to recall what her name was).
