No English staff ”

I been asked to change my room after first night , When I left my room I was surprised the new room not ready yet and there was people still not checked out , I had to wait 45 mins without room which not acceptable, there was no staff speaking English, so I couldn’t raise my complaint

首先，WIFI/热水/空调（冬天为供暖，室内非常热）/客房每日清洁都没问题。 早饭比较简陋，基本上除了鸡蛋，其他“无从下手 ”....... 枕套、床单还行，被套有点脏。隔壁邻居有个孩子，晚上稍吵，但是睡觉时间没声音（不在头顶上，在隔壁）。 旅馆为家庭改装房， 房间干净整洁，家具几乎为全新，但是因为新装修的关系，稍有气味。清洁大妈、前台服务人员，态度都非常好。 大门口需穿过一个老旧的弄堂才可以看见。不过不难发现，因为附近好像就一个弄堂。 旅馆位置在市中心椭圆圈之外一点，去市中心走路大概15分钟，不算远 。大门出来右手边跨过一座桥往前直走到一个roundabout，对面有5路公交可以横穿市中心一直到中央汽车站（Kilikia汽车站），路过阶梯广场。 离开旅馆最近的大超市叫SAS，不过价格略高。最便宜的是家乐福/Yrevan City Mart，坐地铁在Zoravar Andranik站下，出来就可以看见，对面就是圣格里高利大教堂。 货币兑换最佳处位于，Mesrop Mashtots大街上ID BANK ATM机旁边的一家日化超市里面，门口没有英文招牌，google一下这条街上的ID BANK ATM就可以发现，网上有人说SAS超市里面最好，个人对比后，感觉这里好 。

Прилетели ночью, за доп. Плату по договоренности встретили в аэропорту. Номер небольшой, чистый, кравать удобная, есть кондиционер, душ, туалет. На завтрак были яйца, кофе,чай, сыр, колбаса, сметана, творог, мюсли, молоко, сосиски, хлеб.
