Away from the busy hustling city, great beautiful cool location to rest and relax with young children, 3D2N in Family room was amazingly sleek clean..baby Cot provided was clean too..baby sleep soundly. Breakfast spread was overwhelming too many to choose from..Restaurants there are a bit overpriced but portiong given was many..Staff was friendly, check in and check out was smooth..parking was easy too..Overall we enjoyed our staycation here..very satisfied even though the area is recovering mode from the lockndown, they need to do some touch up here and there..

I 'm happy with the services in Colmar Tropicale. Totally recommended. The wheather were good on the day i stayed and not many tourists since i went on monday. I chose nature view room, hence i got quite stunning hill view with balcony. But the monkey love to go to the balcony asking for food. Don't ever feed them, if not they will keep coming and bring all their clans to our balcony. Since the resort is 20 years old already, do not expect all the furnitures, glass, sink, bowl shining like new. But they were all clean and perfect. Food are nice too, there are plenty of variety. In terms of food quality and taste i can say good. Staff also very nice and polite. I arrive at 230pm, they allowed us to check in early, supposed at 3pm. What a great pleasure to stay here. Surely i will come again.

A relaxing time”
My family and i had a wonderful timeduring new year eve. To escape from the busy city, we went at around 12pm and when we arrived, our rooms were ready! We straight away refreshen up and went out to enjoy the attractions nearby. The inlaws love it and my family loved it too. The room were spacious and clean. ❤️

Fantastic Weekend Within the Mountains”
It felt like travelling abroad without actually going abroad. The place is very photogenic. The room was spacious and the aircond and hot water works perfectly well. There are few restaurants within the area, above average price. But the 7E cafe was a nice addition to people who could not afford to spent the kind of money on food. It was a lively and lovely place. Definitely will consider going again.

Best hotel. Worth to stay”
Very nice place to stay with family. They also provide free shuttle for japanese tea farm and some other places. Free entrance if u stay in this hotel. Recommended to wear sport shoes when you go thr. The room super nice n clear. Really worth for the price. The staff thr very friendly. Breakfast very nice n verities. If u pay extra for kids just rm12 per person which really worth.... Overall very nice place to stay n will come again

I always places surrounded by nature and this is one of it. Feeling² old french building with tropical forest. Can do some activities on the adventure park. You can ride a bus or driving or riding to Japanese village. Rent kimono and do photoshoot. The only thing I think this place can improve is to just open the closed building (japanese spa and suite) on japanese village so people can do photoshoot there. No need to running those place but just enough for photoshoot is good

Great place for short stay”
Smooth check in by Ain at reception, and 2 girls (doing cleaning) were helping me to guide to reception floor. Since my hometown, about 1hour++ from here, and decide to bring old parents for short stay, she was enjoyed the ambience and sight seeing. The connected and spacious Master Room room at the best convenience for her and my children. Night life quite noisy but, I'm OK since a bit far from our room. I wonder why tea that served during breakfast was so cold? Mohd Latep also did a good job cleaning after we had breakfast. Also smooth check out. We have a great time here and will come back for the next 5 years...hahahahaha...

I'm satisfied with the hotel view and the room. The room is very big for 6 of us. I take One Bedroom suite. The room is also very clean. Of course the view is superb. Everywhere you take picture is very nice. Very recomended to come here.

This hotel is very awesome with its spectacular view. I personally requested room with mountain view and the staff managed to get one for me. Also the staffs are very polite. I am shocked that our luggage are sent to our room with ease and without tip although I am ready to give it. The food also very scrumptious and although it's a bit pricey but it is worth the price. I love that the hotel provides swimming pool and fitness centre so that we have some activities to do. Overall, I enjoy the stay.

a great escape from the city life . The scenery is breathtaking. Very spacious room , friendly staff , variety food for breakfast . I took 2 unit room (total 4 bedroom , every room had a bathtub) for me , my parent & 4 of my siblings and we feel comfortable and enjoyed . Just a little to improve , for room no 3503 (block Chamelia) , there was a problem with flush for the toilet bowl in bathroom at downstairs. Others than that , everything is perfect .

Great for a relaxing trip”
The ambience of this hotel and location is simply mesmerizing. For a first timer, it is good to overnite there as you will get to enjoy more there. There are several nice restaurants available there including the new Starbucks, good to have a cup of coffee. Amazingly, the weather is still cold there. The hotel is also good for picture taking. The room given during my trip was clean and large enough for a small family. Breakfast was also recommended. The pool too, you should try. Book without doubt.

Reasonable price for a fantastic stay”
We had an amazing experience with Colmar Tropicale. Even though some facilities need to be upgraded due to covid , we felt pampered, welcomed, and taken care of. The location and surrounding are exquisite 👌 Highly recommend breakfast included option as the nearest restaurants are far away, except the ones which are located at the property. We also enjoyed hapanese garden nearby. And despite the property being a bit old looking , the overall experience made it up.

For me worth it. Tempat dia nice, view cantik. One-bedroom suite tapi bilik sangat besar. Cuma bathtub taktahu la apasal bila tutup air je air dalam tu berkurang walaupun dah tutup laluan air dia, so kurang enjoy bila mandi. Other than that semua okay, definitely will repeat again.

All good except the breakfast!”
Nice stay but really need to improve the breakfast. Salty sambal nasi lemak, half boiled egg was like unboil at all. When customer complained, the chef straight away changed them to hard boiled instead of half boiled! The main course meal was the same for the two days, tasteless nasi lemak with salty sambal. The scramble egg is not taste like egg at all. Instead of nasi lemak, they could change to fried nasi goreng, or fried mee hoon or kue teow. The chef should cooked with the sincere heart not for the sake of cooking. The rm 25 for breakfast is not worth it!

The room were clean, very comfortable and the staff was so nice and helpful. Gorgeous building with ala2 france and it really breahtaking when we were walk in. Surrounded with hutan2 bukit2, well its quite sejuk and berkabus juga in the morning. Even though Colmar ni very kecil je kawasan dia, but i really love with every single things in here.

Feels like we're in some French Town!”
Room was amazing! The room was spacious, with new bathroom attached. The interior was nice and we got a room with the view of the mini French town. At night, with the lights on, it felt magical. The air conditioner worked fine, it was very cooling at night. Breakfast was okay but the taste might be so-so but enough for the stay. One improvement that needs to be done is to get rid of the weird smell of the hotel entrance area and also take care of the cleanliness of the carpark area/elevator area as well. The smell of the cat (?) at the hotel room entrance I supposed was very apparent. I think it can be solved with regular cleaning and invest in fragrance to make the hotel more welcoming and pleasantly memorable. Overall, it was quite a nice stay. We managed to catch the sunset and enjoyed it from the Starbucks area and the view was worth it.
