Clean and best location”

Whole Hotel and the room is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful in any matter. Food is very good too and you have 2 hotels to order from your room. Complimentary breakfast is like icing on the cake as well.

They don’t give receipts for the payment of the hotel. They mentioned I should be be getting from Agoda which is lie. I lost my room key card and they wanted to charge me 500 rupees although at the room there was mentioned lost room key card cost 300 rupees. Obviously I paid 300 rupees. I stayed there 10 nights and wanted to stay 5 nights more. So I approached Manager to extend the nights but he was not even eager to help me. He just said it’s cheaper to book online. I wonder with this attitude how long they survive as 3 stars???

Good Hotel”

Good service, minimal interior, wash room was less specious but not bad. Washroom was clean and tidy. Bed was good enough. Room light was good. There was window too. At morning you will found someone birds chirping... Food was good too. One disadvantage there is no guest visitors place. And guests are not accessible to room. Exterior look is good.

They are cheats”

Refused my booking and sold it to some other marriage party by the time I reached. Staff were rude. Sunrise Inn on CIT road nearby is very good and value for money. The above KZAR hotel not professional. Very disgusting.

Value for money”

It is a pretty good hotel to stay if you get this hotel within 1000-1200 range including breakfast. The locality isn't that good however the hotel interiors was pretty good and i enjoyed my stay here. Only downside of the hotel is that it doesn't allow outside food. Hence I had to go out to eat. If you are a foodie this is something you won't like. Rest everything is great with this hotel.

Complaint Regarding Hotel, Hello there I am currently staying in Hotel Kzar Corporate ,Kolkata, Bengal- Hotel Kzar Corporate. I want to raise a complaint against the hotel management and services given by the hotel. I always travel across India regarding my work and stay at different hotels but let me tell you it is one of the worst hotel I have ever visited to. I have asked them for a bottle of water in the morning 8am and after calling them 4 times they just told me someone will get it please wait and it has been six hours and I am sitting here without water. Same goes with the room cleaning services I have asked housekeeping to clean my room but nobody responded to my request for the whole day. I don't know how this hotel has got such good reviews on your website and I am definitely sure that they have paid for the reviews as this hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Hotel is almost in the middle of Kolkata. Rooms are clean and great. Amenities are not so good. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Would not recommend food if you are a vegetarian. Overall it was extreme value for money proposition and it developed in most departments. Would highly recommend.

Worst customer service by Kzar corporate hotel”

I have book a room for 1 night. I arrived at the location at 12 noon. I told them I have a booking for today. They said please wait sir. They kept me almost waiting for an hour at the lobby. Then one guy came and said sir we have problem actually there is maintenance work going on in the property so we don't have any room vacant. We would transfer to another hotel which is Gariahat 10km from here. Interestingly They told me we will give ur cab fare as well. But here I have 2 questions. Why they have taken the booking when Maintenence work was going on? 2nd why I was not informed well before hand ? It was only I waited at the hotel for an hour They said Maintenence work is going on. We're They not aware they have a booking ? Do they don't have any obligation towards the customer to informed them in advance rather then customer waiting in their lobby for an hour and they coming up with such brilliant idea?I would never ever suggest anyone to book this hotel as they hotel did not know the basics of customer service. They are in service industry and they handle their customers in such a pathetic manner. It's a shame on kzar corporate and the management who owns it.
