It was a bit scary to walk from nakahama station to the hotel that it was quite dark when walking to. Apart from that, the overall experience was excellent.

Room was a bit dirty with hairs in various places. Called before going and staff on phone was not so polite. Breakfast was so so for the price. Great beds though, very soft! Carpet looked dirty and bathroom was tiny.

it was very convenience hotel in Yonago where just took around 2-3 minutes walk to Yonago station. It was value for money which provided breakfast every morning, it can reduce time to find restauants for breakfast.

The service of staff is good , they prepared the baby cot as per my request. The hotel is convenient with big supermarket and cafe next to it.

Very good : perfect location close to Mount Daisen which we climbed the following day, the staff was very caring and nice, the room was small but comfortable and very clean, the food was correct but nothing extraordinary. Maybe a bit expensive though.

We were in a western style room. Admittedly the cheapest one possible. The lighting was pretty bad and no way to put the twin rooms together in a single bed. The staff are very nice. The location is about 30 mins from Yonago JR station and 5 mins walk from the Information Centre. The Onsen inside the room is nice and we are offered one free trial of paid onsen as well. The dinner and breakfast are very delicious. The room is large and clean. Overall, a wonderful experience for me and my girlfriend!
