Wuhan hotels & accommodations

Resort was mostly empty but that was ok. We were just trying to get away from the city so that wasv ery positive. Some of the resturants were closed and the golf simulatorwas not working. The indor pool was nice but the waterdidn’t look clear. The additional pricing for billards, golf, etc. Seemed to high, esoeciallly since no one was there and using anything. The Itsl...

Along with Jianghan pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants, Dorsett Wuhan Hotel is a good choice for travelers, even in business or as a tourist. Line 2 metro stations are 300-400m nearby which go directly to Wuhan Tianhe Airport. Also near Yangtze Great Bridge and Yellow Crane Tower. Staff are very helpful and generally good in English speaking. Check in an...

We spent 4 nights at the Marco Polo Wuhan Hotel. While we were there the pool was out of service, however the management made it up to us with breakfast. The room was excellent and all of the staff was very nice and helpful. While we had a little trouble communicating in English, for the most part communication was great. The breakfast buffet had a lot of selections,...

The managers, housekeeping and front desk go out of their way to make a great stay. Very warm and professional. The hotel is cleaned well and although feels a little far from the center, is actually a very short cab ride to the heart of town, so I like the location as it is quieter but still central. On my birthday, they even sent a cake to my room and drew a card by h...

Aside from it being a nice property, one of the best things about this hotel is some of the staff speaks English which is hard to find in Wuhan. I stayed at another hotel in the city and it was almost impossible to communicate. The Ramada is also conveniently located next to a metro stop.

I have stayed in Marco Polo, Wuhan New World, Howard Johnson, etc. in Wuhan this year. So far this is my favorite place. The room is so warm and inviting. I love the dark wood trim everywhere and it felt more like a home than a hotel. I plan on staying here more in the future. It is also super handy to use like I did when visiting someone who is sick and a patient...

I had a great time in this 5 star serviced residence. The price is soo cheap for all the amenities they offer there. Huge room, superb service. All the equipments in the room are first class. They even have a washing/ drying machine in the room, with washing detergent supplied every day. Shopping mall is right next door. ATM machine is down stairs. Receptionists speak ...

The stay was very good. However, it was the mid-autumn festival in China. The hotel raised it's rates during my stay there. The guest services manager wanted me to pay an additional 1,000 RMB. I refused because the rates were guaranteed by Agoda. After this discussion, the manager said I should do nothing, which I did. I never experienced this at any Agoda booked...

Only issues were a non-working floor lamp that should have been replaced rather than taking up space; and housekeeping not replacing some needed toiletries and items on a daily basis. Breakfast was not included but recommend paying extra for it, it's fairly standard Chinese hotel buffet breakfast with some local specialties available, and the price is affordable. Good ...

Hotel is at Wuchang district and a bit far away from city centre. There were not many eateries nearby. I booked the deluxe room which was clean, spacious and came with one buffet breakfast. Price was very good for a 4 star hotel. I would recommend only for business travellers and for those visiting friends/relatives living in Wuchang.

This property is a very good option for the budget travelers like me. Keeps the iBis brand awake! Room is good at the price point, furniture and amenities as well. But there is an issue with this property, no one will be able to communicate with you in ENGLISH, which is a very awful experience!

The staff at New World Wuhan Hotel was exemplary. Their English was, by far, the best of any hotel that I have stayed at in China. The quality of the room was really wonderful. Service was always superior. A choice of Western fast food restaurants are located within a one minute walk: Starbucks, McDonalds, Dairy Queen, and Pizza Hut. Wuhan New World Hotel is a persona...

First time visitor to Wuhan. Wuchang is a major train station and one of 3 fast train stations. Take the Wuchang Station, West Exit and when you get to the main street you will see the Hotel sign over the street above the buildings. There is a new train/metro entrance (H) that was about to open (Sep 2018) and it will bring you out on the correct side of the street an...

I checked in at 2 am and was quickly welcomed and taken care of. My room was clean and ready for my arrival. The breakfast buffet was good value, had lots of choice, and was replenished quickly. The hotel was clean, and the staff was always very friendly and eager to help. I do not speak any Chinese, but found that communicating with the staff was still quite easy. I wo...

The location of Jinjiang Inn Wuhan Ziyang road is centrally located and is closed to Wuchang railway stations. It is also closed to major attractions such as Yellow Crane Tower, Yangzhe River bridge and the muzeum etc. Many resturant near by . There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, therefore it is very convencience to move around and the bus fares is cheap....

Very pleased with room quality, my 2 1/2 year old son enjoyed the "comforts" very much as did we. Check in was a little more complicated than need be and the hotels version of Nasi Goreng (In the restaurant) bore absolutely no semblance of similarity to the true recipe! Minor things, we loved hotel and would stay there again. At present there is major construction work...

The hotel is very close to Wuhan high speed train station just about twenty-five minutes ride, and it is located at the city center of Wuchang, and nearby is the Wuhan university. Easy access to a lot of fine dinning restaurants, the room is clean, good size and the price is great, only one thing to complain is in the early morning there is no water after a heavy raini...

wuhan is not exciting as other cities that we visited. modernization is under way even if the pedestrian areas has all the shopping items one could need. communication becomes more difficult also in the hotels. relative far away from the crane tower that can be reached by bus but far better with the taxi. the crane tower definitively is a must in wuhan.

I feel safe to stay at this hotel. Most of staffs can't speak in English. The room is small without refrigerator, but clean. There is wifi at lobby, but I can find another wifi when I was at room. Breakfast is 18 Yuan. there are many kind of foods and delicious. The hotel is little bit far from shopping area, but can taxi take to there only 10-15 yuan.

I went there to do something. So in my case the hotel is properly located. But the location of the hotel may be bad for others. The hotel is generally clean but main customers are Chinese. You ought to consider this. Finally, there is no refrigerator.

Hotel is 40 minutes from wuhan high speed train station. Finding it is tough as its set back from the main road and the road out the front is too busy, so taxi drops you off on the main road, about 100m away from the front door. Bed was great the best night sleep i every had in China, with a very good quality mattress. Check out was fairly quick as I had pre paid ...

very good class hotel centrally located in wuhan. however, the central location also poses a problem of easy access to taxi, esp during peak period. the hotel has large room and well appointed. will be good to have rooms with twin bed for non couples. staff are helpful and have initiatives.

This property is a very good option for the budget travelers like me. Keeps the iBis brand awake! Room is good at the price point, furniture and amenities as well. But there is an issue with this property, no one will be able to communicate with you in ENGLISH, which is a very awful experience!

As you come out of the hotel, there are good places to eat especially for breakfast at the market. The Hotel is near to Jiang Han metro station exit H. About 100 meter to the left as you come out from Exit H. Lively atmosphere at the boulevard with dancing, singing and street performances. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

The hotel is cheap and reasonable for a transit stay to catch a flight at the airport the next day. The hotel is within close proximity about 20mins walk to the boarding location for airport buses. The hotel also provide cheap buffet breakfast with reliable constant flow of heated water for shower. However, the WiFi is weak and should be improved.

I am a Japanese who stayed the hotel during my attendance to a scientific meeting. The first my impression to the hotel was "Wao! Beautiful and clean!". This is a modern hotel with English TV channels., those are hard to find in China. The bed was small a twin not a double nor a queen as stated on the advertisement. The bathroom was a 4 piece, cozy and had enough space. They have Wifi and a Lan. The buffet restaurant and most of the others restaurants were all closed by 9:PM except for Toucan Irish pub. The Italian Restaurant food is not Italian food. There was no customers in this restaurant two nights in a row and we understand why. We had a table of six, three ordered chicken cordon blue and received chicken and shrimp. spent one night here, because we like the citadines brand and this is one of their newest hotels in china. as a hotel it entirely lived up to what we expected and was excellent and also provided a good breakfast in the morning. it is a first class business hotel with cooking facilities in the room, but not, note, a washing machine. this was provided centrally, and wash...

We choose this hotel due to it is close to Wuchang railway station but once there we were suprised by the standard of this hotel. Nice, clean rooms and very friendly staff. The hotel in and by itself was very good, but the location was a bit far from all the sightseeing attractions. The staff were very nice and accommodating. One assistant manager, in particular, whose nave was Nikki spoke near to perfect English. The bathroom in my room was rather small. The aircon was centrally controlled, so I couldn't lower the temp, but that's the wa...

Smoking is allowed in this hotel. People in the room next door had their door open and stayed in the room all day smoking during both days we were there. The smoking and the pollution in wuhan caused me to get a sinus infection. Wish the hotel was no smoking! The room was too hot even though we called and had employees come adjust the thermostat.

I come here quite often and like the hotel. This time the pool was a lot busier than usual, this is because it was holiday season, hey ho. Just my preference, I like an emptyish pool when swimming. No matter. All was decent again except that for the 3rd time, despite me request, my room was too hot and stuffy and the aircon cold control inadequate. I mentioned it to th...

It's quite a new hotel. It's clean & the staffs are friendly. It has got all the facilities like a 4 or 5 stars hotel. We were surprised at the level of English of the staff and how accomodating they were for all our needs. Service was the best we have experienced in China. Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Room was beautiful, large size beds that were very comfortable, large bathroom, wonderful gym & pool, breakfast buffet wonderful. Real reviews for hotels
As the hub of Central China, Wuhan is an impressive city with lots to offer. There are plenty of neat sites like the Hubei Provincial Museum, but the one that has to take the cake is the Wuhan Sexology Museum, tucked into a hotel and one of only two in China.
Wuhan is made up of three cities - Wuchang and Hankou & Hanyang. Wuchang and Hankou have some decent places for night life, though Hankou is the modern of the two with Wuchang having excellent alley food.
The shopping is very good, from regular stores, to street markets and malls. There is so many different places to eat, small family operated places, regular restaurants, and specialized higher end restaurants.
WuHan City is known for the famous ancient building, Huang He Lou, the building was built since Sui Dynasty( correct me if i am wrong) and it was destroyed and rebuilt a few times (change of dynasty).
A very nice historical city with a rich culture. People are cultured and well mannered and proud to be from such a rich heritage.
As I am on business, I do not have much chance to take a real close look at the city but on the overall, its shaping up and fast.
A very large city and very hot in summer time. Good to visit during spring or autumn time. Not easy to get a taxi in tourist attraction points.
a very friendly city Night markets are amazing. Not much bar life that we could find. Taxis easy to get and cheap.
Its more of an industrial city and developing at a very fast rate. More for business. If tour, you will have to travel further
Wuhan is the beautiful and convenience. There are many interesting places to visits : East lake, Yollow Crane Tower, Baotong temple.
Wuhan is a silent city in my views, the travel place is only few parts of the city, it will take only 2 days then you can go to other city.
Wuhan is a city that is really lovely. There are many tourist attractions but the one that is the finest is one of the boat trips down the Yangtse River.
I read a little of Wuhan before having to go there on business. It is an enormous city that I have twice seen described as 'apocalyptic'.
Wuhan is a very complex and very crowded metropolitan consisting of 3 towns. Don't ever get stuck in traffic during rush hour.
There are lots of universities in Wuhan, thus lots of young people. People are very curios and always eager to try out their English.
Visited the museum, the art museum, the Green Lake and the Yellow Crane Tower. Enjoyed all of them - but quite some distance from the hotel.
