"Staff friendly. Room was large. Entire establishment full of history, ancient yet so well kept it felt “new”. Dinner course was good. Breakfast average. We were given a free hour to use the private family onsen which was great. Staff cleared the snow and ice from our car upon departure (very grateful). "
