"There are only 3 elevators for the entire hotel. We spent more time waiting for an elevator than we did using any of the orher facilities in the hotel. While it was nice to have free parking, there wasn't enough on the property and we had to park a block away in the rain. Overall, I really liked the hotel. The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. The bakery and convenient store were very nice as well. I think it was a good value for the money given the bust tourist season. It's also located right near the bay and walking distance to the Fish Market."

"The hotel has a fantastic view of the East Sea and near to the seafood restaurants at Daepo Port. As we took public bus opposite Sokcho Express Bus Terminal bus stop, it is pretty convenient to get to Daepo Port and walk about 10mins to the hotel. As it was raining for the 2 days which I stayed at Sokcho, the hotel staff was very nice to help me book a taxi to get to Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. The stay was great though the bed was abit too soft for my back. Nevertheless, will still come back again when I visit Sokcho!"

"We stayed in the hotel portion of the resort for a 3 day weekend, mainly to hike in Seoraksan. The room had 2 queens beds, large enough for my husband and I and our 3 kids, and a balcony with a fantastic view of the golf course and the mountains. The entire resort looks very new. The good: there are restaurants and a convenience store on site. It was very close to the park and not to far from the beach at Sokcho and the beds were super comfy! We got a great deal for the room. The could-be-better: this resort caters to Koreans, which is fine. There is not very much information in English, the staff is not overly helpful, the layout is confusing (we went to one building to check in but were told to go to another building, but then tried to exchange money at the counter where we tried to check in - there was even a sign with the day's exchange rate, but were told to go to the first building we were at), don't know if we had to arrange for or pay extra for housekeeping but our room was not made up even though the cleaning staff was working our floor, the one restaurant we went to (Viento) was pricey but the food was good, the fridge kept our beverages barely above room temperature. Bottom line, I would stay there again if I got the same deal, but it's a bit far from other restaurants and civilization, so I may stay closer to Sokcho."
