"It was a pleasant single night there. The staff is friendly and provide explanations available in English as well. The dormitory part in itself is also very clean and there is everything you need : towels, pajamas, toothbrush, hair comb, beauty products ... A locker is available for you to put your bag in (not a suitcase tho, but there is a dedicated space for that too, just be sure to bring a padlock if you do not trust the other clients). The capsule in itself is very comfortable. You have enough space globally, even though my tiptoes touched the end of the mattress some times (I am 1.75 m but use a lot of space with my arms when I sleep). In the capsule, there is one electrical outlet and a usb slot (for the room without tv at least). No noise at all except the aircon. Great night at a cheap price. If I go back to Kanazawa, I'll book here once again. "

"Location: The location is awesome, it is just next to Kanazawa station. From Kanazawa station, go to west gate, then turn left, the hotel is next to west gate door, u dont even need to cross the street at all, very convenient. Kanazawa station has many shops to shop and find food, very nice. Room: It is very tiny, this is the tiniest room i ve ever stayed in japan. 2people can walk in the same time inside the room n it is extremely hard to open luggage even the small one. If u open or put luggage, then there will be no room for u walking anymore inside the room. Ameneties r complete, clean. "

"The hotel is not very close to the JR station (15 mins walk without suitcases) but was next to the market and walking distance to the castle and the geisha district. Our room was fantastic , just the right size, massage pillow, sea salts, small sofa and table. The best room we had in Japan so far. You could get free coffee tea from the lobby. The check in was electronic and the staff very polite. Overall excellent service and experience!!!"

"The rooms were a little cramped, but certainly no more than any other typical hotel in Japan. Staff friendly and helpful. There's a rooftop onsen to relax in after a long day's walking, with views over the city. The hotel has an eco-friendly policy, explained on a little card in your room, where you can opt to have your room tidied but the sheets and towels not replaced Nice place, would definitely stay again. Probably the best choice of the APA hotels in Kanazawa purely for location."

"The room is beautifully decorated & modern. Lovely staff & reception. Close to Kanazawa station, accessible by walking through a shopping centre which had a large floor of restaurants to try. Very close to bus stop for JR sightseeing bus which was very convenient. Laundromat only has 2 available, so was constantly checking to see if they were free - if they could link a live update on the tv (like at one of the other hotels I've stayed at in Japan) that would've been very helpful. Otherwise, would book again. "
