"I stayed twice at this hotel during the month of May. I would recommend staying here if you arrive at the airport quite late at night and in need of immediate rest. The good thing about arriving late (let's say past 11 pm) is that most people are already asleep so you will get a quiet rest. Storage/locker is located along the hallway, making it very convenience if your capsule is located at the close end of the row. My second stay wasn't so pleasant d/t children guests staying in the same row as mine. Keep in mind that the capsules are not noise-proof so I was able to hear these kids play and yell out every now and then. I was scheduled to fly out at 6 am the next morning so I was trying to get some sleep. I had to request a room switch to front desk and they were able to move me to a quieter section right away. Another drawback I could think of is the fact that it doesn't have a prayer room in the facility -no, the capsule isn't high enough for one to be able to stand straight in."

"This is one of the three hotels that I prefer for my stays in Jakarta. It has a lot of Indonesian charm and great outdoor facilities (running track and 50 yrd pool). The staff is super friendly -- even though the queuing systems for check-in could be improved. :-) On weekends, I also recommend asking for a quiet floor because this hotel can attract a lot of families and wedding parties -- which at times I prefer to avoid. Also the breakfast area on weekends can become very crowded -- which at times leads me to book a room without breakfast. Again, I consider this of my favorite hotels in Jakarta. Andreas S."

"Nice hotel located at ideal location. Approximately 20 to 30 minutes drive from airport. We booked deluxe room which is quite big and available with or without Balcony. Electric kettle, complementary 2 water bottle, wardrobe, towles and bathtub are available. Security box is available at reception and not available in room. Furniture are too old and need to be replaced to maintain the 4 star standard. Outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and Spa are available at 6th floor. 24 hours taxi, Grab and Go jet are available outside the hotel. Mart, restaurant and shop are located in surrounding of the hotel. Overall best choice for short stay in Jakarta."

"I have been very surprised to see how this hotel can compete with all the other 5-stars hotels in Jakarta. The price is very good for an incredible quality/price ratio. The security is very efficient. the rooms are spacious and be bed very comfortable. The design in the room has been carefully selected and one of the major good points is the availability of the 24/7 restaurant. The hotel is well located in Casablanca near the Ambassador's mall. The breakfast is excellent and give a large choice of different kind of food. I highly recommend this hotel for any travelers who would like to stay 1 or more nights in Jakarta."

"The hotel was clean and comfort. The location is near some famous and large shopping centres. Near Sudirman Baru station, Dukuh Atas MRT Station, and BNI City station (to connect from the city to the Soekarno Hatta international airport). The swimming pool was quite large and nice too. The room size was large and cozy. We recommend this hotel when you pay a visit to Jakarta. Especially at the weekend, we can enjoying Jakarta Car Free Day (just 24 minutes walking from this property)."

"I was happy with my choice as I'd heard about its famous dim sum for a long while. The hotel is not so old but already seems rather dark and old-fashioned compared to the newer hotels going up in Jakarta. So it seems to be competing with discount offers. I found it a good and convenient location, and value for money, but it doesn't have much that is special. It's fine for what it is, but I'm surprised it is holding onto all it stars. If you want a good reliable hotel in that part of Jakarta, go for it. Suits business travelers I think."

"The good thing about taking 5-star hotels in Jakarta is that 1/ all taxi drivers know them (even if they don't speak English) and 2/ they are cheap (at least on weekends they are). This is the 2nd 5-star hotel I take for a weekend in Jakarta and I really liked this one. The all-u-can-eat Dim Sum buffet downstairs isn't great (although not bad) and the breakfast buffet has more than one could eat. BlueBird taxis always at the doorstep, overall I really would recommend this hotel! I had the Tiffany suite on 23rd floor and it was really worth the money, super spacious and comfortable. Great hotel with nice staff!"
