The hotel has stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The property is beautiful and has marvellous terraces to enjoy the lovely environment. The interiors of the hotel can compete with real palaces. The rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable. The bathroom is a complete experience in itself with one of the best soak tubs I have seen in a hotel. The food at the restaurants were an awesome feast. I enjoyed everything from the presentation to the taste. The breakfast spread is fantastic. If you are visiting Jaipur, this hotel must definitely be on your lists of experiences. The staff service was friendly throughout my stay. There is always some entertainment and music happening in the lobby. I enjoyed the pottery and bangle-making sessions. The concierge was helpful with her suggestions on activities to do in Jaipur. Do not hesitate to book this hotel for your stay in Jaipur.

Alsisar Haveli is a fantastic boutique hotel nestled in the old city of Jaipur. I travelled with my friend for a weekend in August and we were completely charmed by the quaint haveli. Perhaps it is one of the places where everything comes together – great service, brilliant hospitality and an ambience that is unmatchable. Being a vegetarian, food is always a tricky part for me. However, the Paneer Butter Masala was so delicious that I over-ate. It was a similar story with my friend who munched on Rajasthani chicken. One must also try Laal Maas and Jangali Maas of Alsisar Haveli. Kudos to Amar Singh ji for an amazing dining experience. Our room (no. 216) was big and beautifully furnished. It had windows on either side of the room and was simply beautiful. The hotel staff is very courteous. They kept us pampered by asking at regular intervals if anything is required. The ambience of Alsisar Haveli is unparallel. For all the time we were there, we didn’t step outside the hotel at all. Everything was provided to us in the hotel. It was a great way to unwind and relax. And at the same time experience true Rajput hospitality. Thank you Alsisar Haveli for one of the best holidays.

We were on a golden triangle tour and booked this place randomly. I would say this is the best place you can find in Jaipur. The ambience of this place is breathtaking. From the first greeting till the last moment the staff were very pleasant and always smiling. We were suppose to stay just for a night and then decided to extend the stay but we were not lucky since the place was sold out. Jithendra was very helpful, he was the person to great us and took us on the tour around the place. The rooms were neat and tidy nothing to complain at all. Food pricing were average and was great. The breakfast was a combination of indian and western cuisine. Breakfast was average we expected a little more variety but most of the places in india dont actually serve a great breakfast platter. We were asking about a taxi person about this place and all he said was 'Shahpura House is Shahpura House' Overall we had a great time and i would visit again next time im in Jaipur.

Wow, what a lovely hotel we were lucky enough to stay at! Extremely clean, lovely helpful staff, good food and best location in Jaipur right on MI Road.. walking distance or a short tuk tuk driver away! I have stayed at many hotels in Jaipur and this was definitely one of the best and will be returning here on my next trip :) Thank you to all the lovely staff for a great stay!

At the time of arrival royal trumpet from the guard and a welcome Chandan tikka gives u a warm feeling.Went with my family on (2kids) 7&5 at the time of check in me Mahipal have given me a great spacious room with a royal couch which is very convenient,helping and comfortable for both my kids pic attached. Ms Varsha the guest relation manger on the reception area is the one of the most helpful & professional lady on their team my kids loved her.there restaurant and food are also very nice plus the Marwadi bazar which Starts at 7.30 is a great attraction at poolside I tried many hotels in jaipur but if u want royal and elite stay this is one of the best u have in Jaipur.one thing more one breakfast is also with a huge menu and if need something custom they are making it on the spot if they can.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the Pink City, within striking distance of shops, eateries & major sight-seeing options. The approach isn't the greatest, but once within the hotel premises, it's all much better. A welcoming lobby, a cheerful restaurant, a cute patisserie/cafe & a bar/lounge greet you as you walk in. The receptionists were reasonably efficient, though always unsmiling. Our room on the 4th floor (Super Deluxe) was a bit of a disappointment. Though good sized, it was oddly shaped due to the structure of the hotel. There was absolutely no view, wallpaper was coming off at places, the AC stayed at a constant temperature irrespective of how you tried to manipulate it, & the bathroom door was positioned in a groove altogether too small for it. Since we were there only a night, none of this bothered us much, but the hotel would do well to look into these small issues. We didn't eat a the hotel but had a look at the onsite dining options, & they all seemed quite good. You would quite certainly be able to find better similarly priced hotels in Jaipur, but would be hard pressed to find one in a better location.

the best hotel that we stayed during our 11 days holiday in rajasthan, delhi and agra. umaid mahal was nothing like any other hotel in india that claimed their 3 stars rating despite of their lack of service and features. umaid mahal is indeed the real 3-star hotel !!! the room is big and very very clean. the interior of the rooms were mostly marble and nicely decorated. the bathroom was exceptionally well, equipped with clean shower, clean floor, hair dryer and hot water !!! they even have a swimming pool !! the location is very close to jaipur train station too. the wifi is working well though you need to ask the password in the reeption lobby. they will give you hourly access but i guess they will give you the new one for free if it's expired. definitely recommended !!!!

Visited this awesome property for the 4th time and they always up the standard of there service and product quality. The warmth we felt was over the top and the hotel team members made our stay unforgettable, as I will be leaving Jaipur forever so I picked this hotel for my final few nights and they treated me the way I was expecting or I must say it was more than my expectations. The food and beverage team did superb job to please our pallet and carried out our demands. Special thanks to the chef incharge at the morning breakfast he made the best stuffed paratha I ever had in my life and the service team went ahead and provided us with out of the buffet options, And yes the lime soda which I got on the last night was mind blowing, everyone should try that. The housekeeping is doing magic service it seems like that to me, coz every time when we leave our room (mostly in pathetic condition) we get the room ready in crisp condition when we get back.

I recently stayed at the Country Inn & Suites hotel in Jaipur when I was there on a 2 week business trip. It was wonderful and would definitely be my choice the next time I travel to Jaipur. The staff was wonderful - very accommodating and friendly, the gym was great - I worked out with a trainer everyday and felt, despite my love for Indian food, I was in better shape when I left than when I arrived. It is centrally located and the food in the restaurants was all very delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The choices for hotels are vast in Jaipur. Since this was our first trip, with a bit trepidation, I initially was looking at the familiar 5-star international hotels. However, I knew to truly learn about a country, one has to experience it and to experience it means to spend most of your time outside the confines of your hotel room. With that logic firmly in place, I cross referenced travel guides like Travel Advisor, Lonely Planet, Fodor’s and Conde Naste Traveller. The verdict? I chose the Palace Diggi Hotel and secured my reservations through Agoda. Why? Aside from Oprah staying here, the reviews were consistently good, and the pictures showed a safe and green environment for my children. I selected the Courtyard Suite and was not disappointed. Room 406 is the best because it faces the morning sun and has a huge courtyard. Wilson is the first person you will meet when checking in. He is very helpful and made our first visit to India memorable. Thank You Wilson!

We moved from an other hotel in the centre of Jaipur to a Junior suit at Radisson. The room was very spacious and the king bed very comfortable. It has a walk-in robe. It was so nice not to have to look at our luggage!! The bathroom was also very spacious.. It’s a little way out, as it’s near the airport. About 15 or so mins out of Jaipur depending on the traffic. The hotel is very well presented, the staff are great, and the bar and restaurant are also very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

the one thing to mention about this hotel is the staff. they are at the level of a 5 or even 7 star hotel. very friendly, extremely attentive and helpful. we enjoyed our stay there mainly because of them and felt welcomed. having said that, the hotel is old. it is an old castle and used now as a hotel. however, there is a minimum of things you would expect from a five star hotel. at the time we went to this hotel, it was extremely expensive. this is at the top of the price range ...especially if you consider a city like jaipur which is really nice, but also really dirty. there are a few five star hotels in jaipur. the hotel's room was also cold. we appreciate mostly india is hot. but they had put a small heater in our room. this was not enough and my wife caught a cold. we asked for a second heater and they provided us with an industrial heater you put in rooms for construction when trying to dry the walls or cement quicker. i asked if they had another proper heater but they did not. so we felt sorry and did not complain. this hotel can be turned into a jewel if the owner would invest in it a bit to bring it up to international standards. they charge prices like international hotels in india, but do not pay staff the equivalent nor invest in the hotel to modernize it. we found it sad. hot water in the shower ran out after 10 minutes. i was standing in the shower with no water and waited literally half an hour until it became warm to wash the shampoo off my head. water in the bath tub which seemed to have a different hot water source was yellow.

Simply fantastic heritage boutique hotel in Jaipur with awesome interior decoration, beautiful rooms and lovely staff. Stayed in the Jaiselmer room with fantastic stonework around the room and a lovely tiled bathroom. Plenty of hot water, room service breakfast and great value laundry service made this a very comfortable stay. Short tuk tuk ride to old town. Ate in sister hotel’s rooftop restaurant, the Peacock, twice as both the ambiance and food were great (no alcohol though), just a 5-10 minute walk away. Also ate in the Foresta recommended by the hotel which is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute tuk tuk away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - will definitely stay here again if I come back to Jaipur.

Umaid Haveli Kukas was a surprise package that bowled us over when we reached there. We were looking for an inexpensive (but not cheap) weekend getaway and as we searched online, we were impressed by the pics of the rooms (more on that in a bit). However, the pics looked a bit too suspiciously well done, till we landed there! The hotel is in Kukas, about 13kms away from Jaipur and 245kms from Gurgaon, a perfect 4-hour drive for us. We enjoyed the highway but still were a bit circumspect on how the hotel would turn out to be. We were wrong to doubt the place! The rooms were perfect. The view from our room was amazing and the big window made it memorable! Staff was very friendly, a smattering of men from Darjeeling, Nepal, and locals. We thought we had misplaced a mobile phone of ours as we arrived into the hotel and they went out of their way to help us find it (phone was in one of our bags, lol!). Very courteous service throughout our trip. What caught our eye, and stole our hearts, was the terrace pool. Simply stunning! Highly recommended. Food was decent, breakfast was sumptuous, but service was very slow. But then, who wants fast service on a holiday! One gripe, possibly the only one we thought of, was that pool rules were not being followed. So random guests in regular clothes would jump into the pool during our stay. Quite a pity considering how amazing the ambience of the terrace is. Aces in our book and highly recommended! Insider tip: Take the rooms on the higher floors (4th and above) and take the rooms facing the south-east where the view is unhindered.

All the workers at the hotel were very nice and kind to me and my family. Unfortunately I accidentally left behind some of my belongings. They sent it to a hotel I was staying in Delhi. The best part was that they payed for the expense because they believe in providing best customer experience possible. They even wrote me an email about tracking information. Thank you for your such kind service.

We had a great stay at Hilton Jaipur in Sep 2016. The hotel is what you can expect from the Hilton brand name so it was a very safe choice with all the standard creature comforts. What's more, we got a very good deal from agoda so it was extremely value for money. We liked the security at the hotel entrance, staff was always friendly and courteous, room was clean with very spacious and comfortable beds. We opted for ala carte breakfast but the staff was so sweet and brought us toast and even gifted us a few mini jars of jams. There's a boutique and jewellery shop at the hotel, not the best bargains but if you're feeling a little generous, it's convenient and good to have. The hotel is not exactly at the heart of the action so there didn't seem to be restaurants or shopping nearby, but most guests would have booked guides and have drivers waiting for them. All in, we had a most comfortable stay and would highly recommend Hilton Jaipur to anyone.
